The figures from Kantar Worldpanel show that circa £52.6 million was spent on organic produce in Scotland with the demand increasing well into this year.

The Soil Association have confirmed the trend and are expecting it to continue to grow from strength to strength, reporting growth of 4.9% across the whole of the UK worth a total of £1.9 billion pounds.
