London, UK -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/29/2010 -- DAO Mining Corporation completed one of its first initial property explorations in Mongolia at Gutain Davaa back in 2007, carrying out geological mapping, soil sampling and grid based ground magnetics. This initial drill test targeted a ridge crest where earlier surface mapping and rock sampling had identified quartz veins with visible gold that returned anomalous gold assays.

During 2008 at Gutain Davaa, DAO Mining Corporation completed a limited summer exploration program which consisted of prospecting, geological mapping, trenching, rock sampling and soil sampling. In addition DAO Mining Corporation expanded its detailed ground magnetics coverage in two stage Induced Polarization geophysical survey was completed.

Recently at the Gutain Davaa mine DAO Mining Corporation has identified several areas of coherent gold anomalism (>50ppb Au & >100ppb Au) in near-surface soil sampling and RAB/aircore drilling that require follow-up work.

At a recent site of interest Toordogiin Shil "TS", DAO Mining collected 250 soil samples; of which 36 samples returned gold grades over 20ppb with a peak value of 171ppb. Obviously the Dao Mining Corporation was very pleased with the outcome of these results and hopes to expand this search area in the near future.

DAO Mining Corporation set for the new year with its latest discovery of two new gold bearing vein zones.

London, England -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/08/2010 -- DAO Mining Corporation's Mongolian mine at Gutain Davaa - Recent exploration at the site has identified 2 new gold bearing vein zones which returned gold grades.

Reporting on the recent discovery, "DAO Mining Corporation" believes this year is all about positioning the company for future growth. The Gutain Davaa located 270km from Ulaanbaatar has reached full throughput in the last month. Underground development is now accelerating with the delivery of the new jumbo and loaders during this quarter.

A spokesman at "DAO Mining" recently commented 'We remain on schedule to introduce the high grade underground ore into the blend which will see the site reach its target output of 50,000 ounces per annum by the end of the calendar year'.

DAO Mining Corporation also remains on track to complete the iron ore resource statement and pre-feasibility study during the next quarter. DAO Mining Corporation continue to push forward on permitting and market off-take agreements with the aim of being able to put an investment recommendation to the Board before the end of the year.

Previous exploration, including broad spaced RAB drilling, conducted in the northern parts of E39/1110, this identified at two gold-in-regolith anomalies (>100ppb Au in RAB) that require further work.

These areas have near-surface regolith amenable to auger soil sampling and consequently detailed, 100x50m spaced sampling will be planned in due course. It is envisaged that auger soil sampling will provide quick and cost effective screening of this prospective area.
