Two key staff are to be brought into the Group. One to help the operational side of the current management structure and another to push the business forward and generate new leads which hopefully in turn will lead to more sales.

In addition, more full time operatives have been employed to help with the amount of work being generated over the last few months.

BLS are looking at doubling overall annual turnover in the next 3 years to meet targets set in a detailed business plan.
