The Malaysian research university study revealed found concentrations of Oud oil inhibited 50% of the control cell growth, demonstrating activity against MCF-7 breast cancer cells.

The latest study follows earlier research suggesting that Agarwood essential oils inhibited pancreatic cell migration, obstructed pancreatic cancer cells from forming colonies and exhibited a potently toxic impact on these types of cancer cells.
