Recently published by The Sun were the findings of a study showing the top things in which people think about when relocating in the UK – with home security proving to be incredibly low down on the list.

The reason behind this is to reduce costs for first-time house buyers, enabling more young people to get on the property ladder.

The BBC has recently highlighted that reports from The Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) has shown that the smallest number of homeowners are choosing to move house in London since 1991 – dropping to its lowest level in 25 years last year.
