Common Safety Orientation (CSO) Classroom Version is your access to entry into the Alberta Oil and Gas Industry. This shorter and interesting program can be taught at our facility, or at a client's work center. The new Common Safety Orientation (CSO) is regulatory mandated and covers the broad spectrum of petroleum security subjects, instead of simply what is specific to oil sands sites. It addresses the most at risk habits by reviewing the Ten Life Saving Rules. The Petroleum sector identified the requirement for a single security orientation to decrease replicate training. This course changes the training requirement for the BSO (Basic Safety Orientation), PST (Petroleum Safety Training), and EGSO (Electronic General Safety Orientation).
