Updates are available online, allowing all owners of these modules to profit from additional feature upgrades.

Perfect examples are the "all windows" switch on Audi A3 and A4, which can now be programmed to "one-touch" raise all windows as well as the "comfort trunk access" feature on BMW's 3 series and Z4, which formerly required a special factory option to be present and can now be activated simply with a sequence of key presses on the remote.
