At a banquet ceremony with almost 700 professional organizers present, President Leist honored Izsak, along with nine other past NAPO presidents in honor of the association's 25th. anniversary. Izsak is the only president in NAPO's history to have served two consecutive 2-year terms. Under Izsak's leadership, NAPO membership more than doubled, as did the number of NAPO chapters. The official signing took place at the POC national conference that was held in Vancouver, British Columbia last month.

This agreement is a significant step toward creating a global community of professional organizing associations to elevate the organizing industry worldwide. Its mission is to foster collaboration that will advance the industry through the sharing of information and ideas.
