The Photovoltaic power Plant Dubno Started Its Operations on the Site of the Former Dump

Opening of the new photovoltaic power plant nearby the Dubno municipality in the P?íbram county is being accompanied by an interesting fact; this modern 0.75 MWp complex was constructed, put into operation and successfully commissioned on a brownfield – the site of a former municipal waste dump. This is a site that due to its nature could not have been used for agricultural purposes or housing. The PVP Dubno thereby clearly hampers the set and wrong notion that photovoltaic power plants only take up agricultural soil and space for agricultural production.

Appenzell, Switzerland -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/18/2011 -- This area of 1.7 hectares could not even theoretically be used for any other purpose right from the start of the PVP development. The idea of housing development or a complete rejuvenation of the contaminated soil is not possible in the short range horizon. Despite this fact the site still is suitable for the development of something that brings a positive effect and thus this here is an ideal use of spoilt earth. Economic and ecologic potential of this site is again rejuvenated and used ideally.

EFEKTIM a.s. – investor and developer of the PVP Dubno construction

The development of this photovoltaic power plant is the work of the stockholding company EFEKTIM, which is concurrently the investor, and the developer of this solar power plant. EFEKTIM is a company with more than forty years of tradition. EFEKTIM is one of the top companies specializing on the design, realization and servicing of photovoltaic, wind, hydro and gas incinerating power plants. It operates all over Europe, in Africa, the Near East and newly USA. It is a renowned expert in the field of engineering, design, optimization, construction, provision of financing, testing and ensuing servicing and monitoring of PVP.

PhonoSolar Photovoltaic panels – solar panels with ideal price/performance ratio

The entire development of the photovoltaic power plant Dubno used up some 4212 highly efficient PhonoSolar HEC+ PS190 photovoltaic panels on a static frame. Phonosolar photovoltaic panels were selected for the construction of the Dubno power plant especially due to their top quality and excellent price. The complex spans over 1.5 hectares, which the investor has signed a long term lease for.

PhonoSolar is a top international brand in solar energy. This brand manufactures quality solar panels and technologies for photovoltaic power plants. In the years of business the PhonoSolar brand has gained a strong position among customer domestically and abroad.

PhonoSolar Products Were Awarded the Prestigious PV Cycle Certificate

An active approach to the project for recycling photovoltaic modules put PhonoSolar products among the holders of the prestigious PC Cycle Certificate. By having this certificate the manufacturer of PhonoSolar solar panels expresses a behavior with utmost responsible in the field of solar energy.

Appenzell, Switzerland -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/08/2011 -- The PV Cycle Association (est. in 2007) sets an objective for itself to provide a recycling program for used photovoltaic modules with expired life expectancy. It finds appropriate methods for handling products and materials used in the photovoltaic industry with the help of most modern technologies. The pivotal idea of the project is to be truly considerate in all the phases of the product's life cycle, from obtaining key raw materials up to the responsible and rigorous recycling.

These days the PV Cycle Association is announcing the involvement of other prestigious corporations into their project for recycling photovoltaic modules. Among those are also the photovoltaic products PhonoSolar.

Rigorous recycling of products from the photovoltaic industry and the ensuing utilization of a greater volume of used materials leads the participating entities to a responsible attitude towards the environment. The PV Cycle project is thinking of the future and contributes to the environment in a number of ways. PV Cycle thus helps to lower the volume of produced waste and to minimize the amount of energy required to process the raw materials for the production of new photovoltaic cells. This then helps with the total lowering of costs for further production and to minimize the possible environmental impacts.

The fact that PhonoSolar products got involved in this prestigious project and received the certificate PV Cycleis an important milestone for PhonoSolar. This is again a shift bringing PhonoSolar closer towards social responsibility and long term improving of the environment.

Three of the Ten Largest Photovoltaic Power Plants in the Czech Republic Use Phonosolar Panels

Appenzell, Switzerland -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/02/2011 -- Photovoltaic panels made by PhonoSolar rank among the top international photovoltaic brands. This fact is also proven by a research published on November 9th 2010 in one of the largest Czech daily paper – Hospoda?ske noviny – inside a special section devoted to solar energy. This exclusive research shows that PhonoSolar's photovoltaic panels are used in three of the ten largest photovoltaic power plants in the Czech Republic.

First, fourth and seventh largest photovoltaic power plants in the Czech Republic have installed PhonoSolar panels

A research performed by Hospoda?ske noviny has shown that the photovoltaic power plants with PhonoSolar panels take up first, fourth and seventh place on the list of the largest Czech power plants.

One of the power plants using the PhonoSolar panels is the PVP Vep?ek in the M?lnik Region – the largest photovoltaic power plant in the Czech Republic is also the ninth largest PVP in the world. This power plant owned by Decci a.s. held its ceremonial opening in September of 2010 and it generates an admirable 35 MWp output.

Decci has also turned to PhonoSolar panels in its development of the solar power plant Smi?ice near Hradec Kralove, which with its 6 MWp output places seventh on the TOP 10 list.

PhonoSolar products were also utilized in the development of the fourth largest power plant, the PVP Tuchlovice. The solar power plant generates an output of 7.8 MWp and it is owned by Skoda Investment.

PhonoSolar – top quality and excellent performance to price ratio

Photovoltaic panels made by PhonoSolar are selected for the development of major power plants for their high quality and also excellent price.
