The expansive basement kitchen comprises of three ventilation canopies manufactured from 1.2mm stainless steel 304 grade and is complete with baffle type grease filters and recessed vapour proof lighting.

Cyclone Ventilation Ltd are also installing the complex ducting system, all of which was designed and manufactured at their head offices and factory in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Cyclone's highly skilled workforce are currently manufacturing a System Jeven canopy for a site in Hitchin. The restaurant, with its arched 7m high ceiling, will see the first canopy of its kind in the UK. The JSI-R-UV ventilation canopy will incorporate the latest high efficiency cyclone filters in place of traditional baffle type filters.
