The 2012 Kia Soul, which has undergone a mid-cycle refresh to improve power and fuel efficiency, is now available at Salazar Kia in Avondale.

Avondale, AZ -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/31/2011 -- Salazar Kia is excited to announce that the refreshed 2012 Kia Soul is now available at their Avondale, AZ Kia dealership. Following a big year of awards and record sales, the new Soul now offers more power, improved style, and better fuel economy.

The 2012 Kia Soul offers two new direct-injection engines. The base engine is a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 135 horsepower and 121 pound-feet of torque. The second engine, a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder, is a little more powerful. This engine, standard on the Soul+ and Soul!, outputs 160 horsepower and 143 pounds-feet of torque.
