Nissan decides to begin production on the Juke-R, a Juke Crossover with the engine of a GT-R.

It was supposed to be just a simple side project that probably wouldn't ever make it to the global market. Nissan later released a video online showing the Juke-R racing powerhouse supercars such as the Ferrari and Lamborghini. After that, another person stepped forward and requested his own Juke-R as well.

Cars.com predicts the new redesigned Nissan Altima to outpace market by 24%.

A common accident is when drivers mistakenly hit the acceleration pedal instead of the brake, typically in a parking lot. By using the vehicle-mounted cameras, the technology can use its sensors to determine if the car is on the road or in a parking lot. If the driver presses the accelerator to the floor, the car will only speed ahead if it is determined to be on the road. The sensors can also pick up moving objects via sonar to discover people and other obstructions around the car. If an object is found, the brakes will automatically be applied to avoid or lessen the effects of a collision.

Nissan's multi-sensing system with rear camera is another great safety enhancement to protect drivers and those around them. The new camera system is able to detect other cars, pedestrians, and moving objects behind and to the side of the vehicle.
