He specializes in healthcare IT infrastructure management including; data centers, network, telecommunication, server systems, data storage, desktop management, security and compliance, and customer service. Recent Experience & Project Highlights: Director, Technical Operations, Legacy Health

Implemented infrastructure and services including; network upgrades, servers and data storage, user devices, security, and customer service (help desk) enhancements to support Epic EMR and Billing system.

Led project to introduce iPads to Legacy Health. This effort focused on the Board and senior management and was primarily initiated to replace printed board materials. The project included software to manage documents, new mobile security solutions, and new user device support requirements.

Managed all IT infrastructure design and implementation for the building of the new Salmon Creek Hospital in 2005. This multi-year project encompassed initial budget projection, complete network design including campus-wide wireless for private and public use, data closet and server room design and supporting power requirements, end-user device selection and installation, and all low voltage planning and installation.

Directed major Data Center remodel and co-location to maximize current space and resources. The initial phase included hot/cold aisle server design, overhead power busway, power generator upgrade, improved cooling design and upgrade. The remodel was conducted with minimal downtime to users. The second phase consisted of negotiating a co-location arrangement with a local company with available data center space.
