Support Real S.L Comments on Social-Media Lessons Can Be Gleaned fom Media Innovators

Madrid, Spain -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/30/2012 -- Journalism has long favoured the quick. Today, however, the proliferation of digital technologies has spurred a different need for speed.

Specifically, the Fourth Estate is feeling increased pressure to become immediately ubiquitous on every mobile and social platform that captures our attention.

With this in mind, I ventured off into the media world in search of answers to several key questions: How do media innovators weigh the various social, mobile and other technologies in terms of their potential for storytelling, audience engagement and revenue? How do they separate hype from reality? And how much pressure are they feeling from the executive suite to innovate on new platforms, vs. from their audience or simply from within? Not surprisingly, I discovered that a full-speed-ahead, early-adopter ethos pervades the editorial ranks.

Conversely, the product-development side and executive suite are taking a more measured approach. They're seemingly able to ignore the noise.

Together, this tension seems to spur rapid innovation, not surprisingly I discovered that a full-speed-ahead, early-adopter ethos pervades the editorial ranks. Conversely, the product-development side and executive suite are taking a more measured approach. A source for Support Real S.L has said "In today's society we see more and more people are starting their own businesses this is because anyone with a good idea and the right motivation can achieve anything they set their minds on, many of today's most influential people are media innovators"

From my conversations with the press certain themes emerged,

- The media are focusing on the largest, most established platforms and making sure that they innovate and excel on them. They then develop a playbook that others in the organization can follow. Sometimes they do this at the expense of missing out on the industry's latest infatuation. "Advertisers now want to be part of new things," Mr. Kucharz said. These signals aid their decision making.

- Another theme was to let the platforms find you; this is what Scripps Networks interactive did when they evaluated the hottest social networks which happened to be Google+ and Pintrest, despite the hype surrounding the networks Scripps decided to pass on Google+ because the company viewed it primarily as a channel for media and industry types, Pinterest, on the other hand, got Scripps' attention immediately when it popped up in the company's top 10 traffic-referrers.

- There's one final lesson I learned from the media, Blogging: Blogging might seem downright slow and quaint in the age of Twitter. But some media organizations, including Reuters and Mashable, have taken a renewed interest in live-blogging breaking-news events and are seeing an uptick in audience engagement as a result.

Reuters Social Media Editor Anthony Derosa said Scribble Live, a real-time blogging platform, allows editors and reporters to take a "hover-and- dive" approach as news warrants. "Audiences have been glued to the live-blog format," Mr. Derosa told me. Reuters is now using Scribble Live to curate questions from Twitter and redefine how the wire service covers breaking-news events, such as elections. A source for Support Real S.L has said "Google has always been the one to beat and Pintrest might just be able to do that, Pintrest to me is like facebook with a twist as it allows you to meet and chat to other people and share things you like but it's the way you feel when doing it, Pintrest is fast moving up in the media we can't wait to see what it has in store for us next"

Support Real S.L Comments on What Google Needs Now? to Wow Again

Madrid, Spain -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/30/2012 -- We all know Google; Google is what can only be described as the whole Internet, Yes there are other websites that we can use but do any of us actually use them?

Google has been a major search engine since its beginning but recently certain questions have been called into play, "Can Google still wow people" A source for Support Real S.L has said "This is a major corporation, ever since its launch in 2004 Google has remained on top, but now a days it is a tough market and to be the best you have to be creative, can Google be creative? Yes they can with the right people behind them they can do anything." First incorporated back in 1998 Google was then a privately held company founded on just $100,000, before going worldwide in August 2004 by then Google had shares of 85% this turned many of Google's employees into instant millionaires.

For a company that turns 14 this summer Google has a history thick with moments when it surprised the web. Over the past year or so, Google introduced products that replicate what other companies have innovated. Google+ may try to improve on Facebook, but it mostly copies it. Google Play, announced last week, seems like a knockoff of Apple's Itunes, this seems to be the case for many of Google's features. A source for Support Real S.L has said "The Internet has improved every day, new websites, new search engines new software, Google has helped generate this they have been an inspiration to many who wishes and had wished to someday create a site of their own. While they have not been at their best as of late it is still rated the top search engine of all time, it will be interesting to see what they have up their sleeve in coming years."

Google future success will rely on more than its new-found focus. It will also require the company reclaiming some of the innovative swagger it had when Eric Schmidt was CEO. In an interview last year, Schmidt recalled how Page and Sergey Brin "spent a lot of time on stressing this, on having original ideas -- if you had an idea that was copycat you were derided." Google can't afford to abandon that spirit for too long.

It may be that Page knows this. After all, there is a historical analogy in Google's onetime ally and now rival Apple. When Steve Jobs was reappointed as CEO there, he simplified the company's operations before focusing on new products. Whatever Page's strategy, it won't help Google if its brand ceases to be synonymous with new ideas that can surprise users. The managing Director goes further to say, "To think that Google has not got some great plan set in motion would be senseless, they have been at the top for so long its only natural they are going to want to stay at the top. Greatness does not come to anyone who does not work for it and the people behind Google have never stopped working for it, all we have to do is wait."

The question on the lips of every Internet user 'Can Google Wow' Google think so and the people committed to Google think so, I guess the only thing left for the rest of us is to wait and see if they really have what it takes to remain on top.

Support Real Dazzled by International Magic Festival

Madrid, Spain -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/12/2012 -- In the Egyptian Museum of Berlin, in a privileged location, lies the Westcar Papyrus. Written in the 16th century, it tells of how a magician called Djedi impressed the king with a show. He firstly made several pebbles disappear before the kings eyes, then beheaded a bird, which then walked around as if nothing had happened, much to the surprise of the powerful king. This was one of the first magic shows we know of. "Magic has a long history of surprising and delighting us," said a source from Support Real, "

"Magic generates a unique surprise," says Jorge Blass, "as the viewer witnesses the impossible in his own eyes." He knows what he's talking about. He is the founder of the Abracadabra Foundation, and head of the International Magic Festival in Madrid. "Magic has had a great time," says Blass, "The shops are filled and the festival has expanded its programming from one to two weeks."

Blass owes much of his vocation to the legendary Juan Tamariz, who he used to watch on television when he was a child. He was so drawn in by the world of magic that he attended the school run by Tamariz. "Then the course was five weeks," he said, "now it is three years… and there are more students." The vast majority of students don't end up professionally involved in magic, but still learn tricks that continue to delight their friends and family.

"The festival is an amazing experience, and there's so much to see and just be amazed by," said our source at Support Real, "There are so many talented and exciting illusionists there. You get to see things you just never expected to see."

The illusion must be a constantly changing one. Together with a team of advisors, Jorge Blass takes a long time to come up with each of his tricks, which he prefers to call 'games'. His last great creation centers around an iPad, though which, using the social network Facebook, Blass asks a spectator to choose a friend from another city, who he then makes appear on stage. The magician got a standing ovation, and no wonder. "In these times, demand is so much better," says Blass, "And the magicians are dedicated precisely to generating it."

Our source at Support Real said, "Anyone who hasn't been down to the festival for a visit should definitely have a look. There's something there to bring a smile to anyone's face."

Support Real S.L - How to Be Motivated and Successful

Madrid, Spain -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/01/2012 -- Support Real S.L is a firm at the forefront of sales and marketing in Spain, and they believe motivation is the key to success in business and in life. Some people are lacking in motivation, and need advice. Waiting to do something until you feel "in the mood," or basing your choice of actions on how you feel at the time, is to hand over control of your life to the varying state of your stomach, the effect of the weather, or the dizzying gyrations of your love life. Basing business decisions on personal emotions is not sensible when pursuing a successful career. Being logical and thinking things through is vital. Support Real S.L managing director comments saying, 'my mother always taught me – never make an important decision when you emotions are at a high. This could lead to an undesirable outcome. I guess it is what many people refer to as being spontaneous. Being spontaneous is great but not advisable when making business decisions.'

Emotions are like the weather… In much writing on life, careers and personal growth, there's an unspoken assumption that how you feel is what matters most. There are books and coaching approaches devoted to persuading people to focus on what's going on inside their heads. Our society and media are obsessed with sentiments and emotions, giving them far too much importance. Maybe it's because they seem more "democratic" and egalitarian. After all, anyone can feel, rich or poor: no amount of wealth increases the ability to register emotion. And emotions are pretty much evenly spread amongst people, unlike intelligence, which typically favours a small number—especially if they also have the motivation (and resources) to get a good education.

The only important facet of our emotions is whether we choose to act on them. I may love the work I do or hate it, feel excited at the start of every day or sick at the sight of the office desk, but as long as these feelings stay in my head, they're are irrelevant to anyone else.

Whether I feel pessimistic or optimistic, the world has no interest—until I act on my emotions. It's the action that matters. Support Real S.L Managing Director comments on the above statement saying, 'emotions are what makes us human, but in terms of motivation it is an obstacle that needs to be tackled. Of course you shouldn't remove all emotions completely! We don't want an army of robots!

Finding motivation and maintaining it is what everyone struggles with at some point in their careers. It is impossible to be a auto pilot when it comes to staying inspired. Different things work for different people and there are some little things that everyone can do to keep their head in the game.

- Create a to do list
- Set yourself time limits for each task
- Play energetic vibrant music in the back round
- Have a clear goal in mind
- Ask for help
- Take regular breaks to help regain focus

The above list is very basic and is a starting point. As a leading company in the field of marketing, motivation is very important to Support Real S.L and drives us to be the best at what we do.

Real Support S.L Discuss The Scary Reality That Eurozone Is 'Heading for Recession In 2012'

Madrid, Spain -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/31/2012 -- The audit firm said it expects the economies of the 17 member countries to shrink in the first two quarters of 2012. The report predicts growth of just 0.1% for the whole of the year and warns unemployment in the Eurozone is unlikely to fall below 10% before 2015. Support Real S.L is saddened by these grim results with the Managing Director saying, 'this does not give much hope the countries involved but it is important to stay positive and work hard to ensure that there is some growth. Even though so many MD's are expecting the worst for their business in 2012 here at Support Real S.L. we are exciting for the growth we can expect for 2012!'

The survey compiler said the slight improvement was down to strength in France and Germany, with peripheral Eurozone economies still struggling.

Last week, 26 of the 27 members of the EU backed new fiscal rules to keep budgets in line, with only the UK abstaining. But just days later, cracks have begun to emerge as drafting of the pact begins, with some countries already airing concerns. 'This is not a good start' continues the MD of Support Real S.L.

Many also fear the pact will still not be enough to prevent more countries from needing a bailout like Ireland and Greece. The euro fell to an 11-month low on the back of the concerns on Wednesday, dropping below $1.30 (84p) for the first time since January, while gold - usually seen as a safe -haven for investors - lost 3.5%, before stabilising. To many that follow what is happening with the world economy, there seems to be no good news. Support Real S.L. managing director comments saying, 'I think the key is to focus on individuals doing their part and if everyone does that the overall result will be more positive. Focusing on what is not happening and what is bad does not help anyone find a solution.'

"The reforms agreed at the summit on December 9 were a step in the right direction and the response seems to have been mildly positive," Ernst & Young said. It added: "Investors remain very concerned about the commitment and ability of Eurozone governments to implement reforms quickly." Nonetheless, the leading economist and chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management has expressed his confidence in the single currency.

In a lecture to the Royal United Services Institute in London, he said: "I am clear that the single biggest strategic risk facing the UK today is economic rather than military.

Ernst & Young agreed that problems in the Eurozone have impacted the UK but said the worst may be over for Britain. Marie Diron told Sky News: "The Eurozone is the main trading partner for the UK so it is in the interest of the UK that the Eurozone is stable and growing and what we see is that the UK will probably see weak growth next year. There is always a ripple effect when it comes to economic fluctuations.

The Managing Director of Support Real S.L. comments saying, 'there is definitely a lot of room for improvement and here at Support Real S.L. we will definitely do our part to ensure growth within our company and that will of course have a ripple effect.'

Support Real Comment on First 'Mixed Embryo'

Madrid, Spain -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/31/2012 -- Scientists have produced monkeys composed of cells taken from separate embryos for the first time. The animals were born after researchers combined cells from different embryos and implanted them into female monkeys. A spokesperson from Support Real S.L commented on this pioneering accomplishment saying 'we believe experience like these can be controversial, where is the line drawn? The answer behind this question we believe lies behind the motivation behind doing this work. '

In the US, a team, which has reported its work in the journal Cell, says the advance could have "enormous" importance for medical research.

Such animals, which contain genetically distinct groups of cells from more than one organism, are called "chimeras".
Chimeras are important for studying embryonic development, but research has largely been restricted to mice. The three rhesus monkeys, named Chimero, Roku and Hex, are said to be normal and healthy. They have tissues made up of a mixture of cells representing as many as six distinct embryos. "The possibilities for science are enormous," Continues the managing director of Support Real S.L.

"This is a big step forward in understanding how embryos develop" states Support Real S.L, "this research will also further our understanding of Stem cells". Stem cell therapies hold promise for replacing damaged nerve cells in those who have been paralysed due to a spinal cord injury and, for example, the brain cells lost in Parkinson's disease. Stem cells are the "master cells" that can transform into a variety of more specialised cells required in the body.

The researchers were only able to make monkey chimeras when they mixed cells from very early stage embryos, in which each individual embryonic cell was "totipotent", which is having the ability to differentiate into all cell types. These totipotent cells are capable of giving rise to a whole animal as well as the placenta and other life-sustaining tissues. The study also suggests that cultured primate and human embryonic stem cells, some of which have been maintained in labs for as long as two decades, may not be as potent as those found inside a living embryo.

The Managing Director of Support Real added "Today is an exciting time to be alive due to the medical advancements in science, but many worry that this kind of research can go to fare so everything to do with stem cell research must be monitored"

Support Real S.L Discuss Fujitsu's Quest to Put Tech Choices Into Users' Hands

Madrid, Spain -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/31/2012 -- The Fujitsu Group employs over 170,000 globally, delivering IT products and solutions to customers in more than 70 countries. The company is the world's third largest IT services provider, and number one in Japan. Headquartered in Tokyo, Fujitsu had revenues of 4.5tn yen ($57.6bn, £37bn) for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2011. With such an amazing turnover it is vital for Fujitsu to hang on to their market share.

Support Real S.L is in a similar position with the managing director saying, 'its one thing acquiring new customers all the time however a huge percentage of any business comes from repeat business from existing customers. Many companies are selling the same products or providing the same service, what separates your company from the next is your customer services.'

Many businesses are asking themselves what is their biggest technology problem right now? Fujitsu's biggest problem applies to both them and their users. It's working out how we meet the expectation that the 21st century capability that people have at home also exists in the corporate space. The opportunity and the challenge is how we meet that expectation, and how we deliver that productivity improvement promise without compromising privacy of data or data protection legislation - or exposing corporate intellectual property unnecessarily. Support Real S.L is a competitive sales and marketing company that generates new business for their clients. 'We are always looking for ways to improve our customer service and what better way to do that than to ask our customers themselves.'

Fujitsu comments saying, 'It's working out how we can say yes, rather than no. But when we say 'yes' were saying 'yes' in a managed, risk-understood way.' Integration has become ever more critical. Diversity is almost unstoppable. For example, people that chose to ignore cloud computing are now playing very fast catch-up, or no longer exist. Every company needs to be keeping a look out for what's the next big thing in your industry? Managing Director of Support Real S.L commented on this, saying "Of course companies are going to change along with the latest technology revolutions if it makes that company or the way they work, better. Here at Support Real S.L we are expanding due to our dedication to deliver only the highest of standards possible. 2011 has been an incredible year and I cannot wait for 2012, it's going to be huge for Support Real S.L."

The last question that always plays on our minds is what's the biggest technology mistake you've ever made - either at work or in your own life? The managing director answers that question saying, 'I wish I would have educated myself soon about certain technological advancements sooner. There are so many gadgets that can help your business function more efficiently, IF ONLY – is a thought that crosses my mind often – IF ONLY I thought of this sooner that would have saved me so much time. You live you learn and better late than never – these statements a cliche' and they are cliches' as they are so true.'
