Car Audio Group Plans to Make New Car Audio for Green Vehicles

The Car Audio Group developed new designs of car audio products to earn a bigger market share, as the Shenzhen government just announced a plan to expand new-energy vehicles on roads.

Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/04/2012 -- With the breaking announcement on plan of green vehicles expansion in Shenzhen city, The Car Audio Group already moved their production focus on these green vehicles.

According to the city's mayor, 2000 more new-energy public vehicles would be on road in 2012. This plan was already underway.

The city's plan is to increase the total number of green vehicles in Shenzhen to over 5000.

Joseph Lee from the Car Audio Group at http://www.caraudiogroup.com thought this also have an impact of the sales trend of vehicles in this city. He forecasted that more and more people will consider buying the new-energy vehicles.

As for this new market of car audio, the traditional car stereo products may not be able to meet the special requirements on these new car models. In Joseph's point of view, a car radio manufacturer would not be able to catch this new market share, if it failed to provide some new elements to the vehicles, such as new panel design, features, etc.

According to Joseph, the Car Audio Group already developed some new designs, which would be in a trial production for market needs testing. Joseph hoped these new products could bring a fresh feeling to the owners of the green vehicles, as these people were driving the new types of cars and would tend to urge everything new in the vehicles.

As one of the 25 pilot cities for the new-energy vehicles campaign in China, the total number of this new vehicle was increasing rapidly. According to Joseph, there were over 3000 green vehicles in this city by the end of 2011, which already made Shenzhen take the lead in the campaign.

Joseph also shared that the current new-energy vehicles on the road were mostly public vehicles, only with small quantities of private cars. However, the trend of using the green vehicles was already obvious in these pilot cities.

Information from the Shenzhen government lent support to Joseph, new-energy buyers in the five cities of Shanghai, Changchun, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Hefei, will enjoy a favorable policy of subsidies as high as 120000 yuan from the government. This policy will encourage the new car owners to consider choosing a new-energy vehicle instead.

The Car Audio Group thought this is the most important period for a car stereo supplier to think about a suitable strategy to earn a market share, as the current car radio products are not specially designed for the green vehicles.

New Lending Guidelines Benefit the Car Audio Group

The new lending guidelines in China improve the lending environment for green companies like the Car Audio Group.

Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/20/2012 -- Knowing the current difficult business environment faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in China, the government released new lending guidelines to facilitate loans to the subjected companies, under the condition that these SMEs are from green industries, such as the car audio industry.

According to the guidelines of the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC), commercial lenders, including the major commercial banks in China, are required to decrease the loan quota to the non-green industries, which are of high pollution, excessive capacity and high energy consumption. For green companies, the CBRC urges banks to provide more favorable policies to support their projects.

Joseph Lee, a senior officer of the Car Audio Group at http://www.caraudiogroup.com, fancied these new guidelines. He tended to believe that these guidelines would encourage bankers to increase loans to green SMEs.

According to Joseph Lee, a manufacturer of the car audio products was considered to be a green enterprise, as the production line for the car stereo was non-labor-density and the machines of which required low energy consumption.

The Car Audio Group explained that there was few pollution made during the car radio production, as most parts and materials of an auto radio were environmentally friendly. Workforce on the production line was small, as most processes for a car audio were done automatically by machines.

With the new Guidelines, the Car Audio Group is leading the team to facilitate the commercial lenders to green enterprise evaluation.

Under the instructions of CBRC, bankers were required to conduct comprehensive evaluation of the green companies for higher loan quota, which included the clients' environmental and social risks. They would introduce a rating system to determine a client's access to loans.

Joseph is currently working with the teams in major banks for the application. He is providing full documents and certificates regarding domestic and international projects by the Car Audio Group, to prove their qualification for the new loans.

Information from the Car Audio Group showed that their current international projects of car stereo products complied with the local security, health care and environmental requirements.

Joseph believed that the new guidelines would help car audio suppliers to get more funds to maintain the business under the current weakening global economy.

Car Audio Group Urges on More Supporting Policies for SMEs in China

SMEs in China are facing difficulties in further development due to the weakening global demand amid rising labor and material costs. Car Audio Group, as a deputy in the car audio industry, urged on more supporting policies to help SMEs.

Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/27/2012 -- Due to the rising material and labor costs, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in China are facing great challenges in their business development, especially under the current weakening global demand. Lawmakers in Shanghai urged the local government to provide more favorable policies to support the SMEs.

In the Shanghai People's Congress, the deputies of SMEs expressed their concerns for the current business environment both domestic and international, and urged on policies that would focus on the bank loans increase, tax discounts, improvement of government department's efficiency.

The deputies are heads of SMEs from different industries, which are under great pressure of the global trading environment.

"We hope the government will pay more attention to the SMEs in the car audio industry," Joseph Lee said, a senior officer of the Car Audio Group at http://www.caraudiogroup.com. "As a small and medium-sized manufacturer of original car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio products, we need support from the government, more favorable policies to improve our competitive edges."

In the Congress, Joseph addressed his organization's view that his company, as well as others in the car audio industry, needs help from the government to improve the business environment urgently, not only increasing the quota of bank loans for manufacturers of car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio.

Deputies in the garment industry lent support to Joseph's view. They pointed out that it took a very long time to get approval for the operation of their newly built offices and warehouses.

"We hope the efficiency for approval can be improved," Joseph said. "New logistic centers or warehouses for products of car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio are under urgently needed."

Not satisfied with the current bank loan arrangement to mainly support the huge-scale state-owned companies, some deputies urged the banks to offer more loan quota for the SMEs.

"We think the meeting is successful," Joseph said. "Our concerns are raised, and we hope some favorable policies will be launched very soon."

Deputies in the e-commerce industry believed that they can raise contribution to the local economy if new supporting polices would be announced.

Innovation on Car Audio Products on Demand Due to New Standards for C-NCAP

China-New Car Assessment Program’s new standards are announced, which will bring in sweeping reforms and innovation in the car industry and industries of car accessories. Car Audio Group is expecting a fierce competition in the industry on upgrading safety level.

Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/21/2012 -- An innovation and reform of the car industry are expected in China as the new standards for China-New Car Assessment Program (C-NCAP) are just announced. With the proposal of the new standards, not only car industry in China will face higher requirements on safety, but also car related industries, such as the industries of car stereo, car radio and auto radio, will be urged to upgrade their safety level.

According to the C-NCAP management center, the management rules for C-NCAP have been repeatedly evaluated and revised, and the latest provisions will become effective in July 2012 under the initial plan.

The rules have been attracting media attention for several months, and will bring thorough reforms for the C-NCAP. Under the new rules, higher level of safety requirements is put on the table, not only to car manufacturers, but also to manufacturers of car accessories, such as car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio.

"These new rules will also have a great impact in the car audio industry," Joseph said, a senior officer in the Car Audio Group at http://www.caraudiogroup.com. "A fierce competition in car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio will urge manufactures to make innovation and sweeping reforms."

Joseph pointed out that car audio products were a type of car accessories and were installed in the control center of a car. This situation will make the car audio products become a part of the test object. Therefore, innovation at a high level of safety is required urgently for car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio.

Reports from the China Automotive Technology and Research Center show that large revisions have been made for the C-NCAP's crash test, especially on the speed requirements, programs and the rating standards.

"A new sector of competition is already raised in the car audio manufacturers," Joseph said. "No new car owner will accept a less safer car stereo or car audio installed in his or her car. The only way to win a higher market share of new car owners is by an innovation on the car radio and auto radio products, to improve the safety level at acceptable costs."

In the meantime, Joseph welcomed the new standards. He agreed that manufacturers and consumers would increase the awareness of automobile safety, as well as inner and outer accessories. The rules are actually directing the car industry and related industries to favorable reforms of people.

"We believe that the new standards will greatly improve the safety of automobiles, as well as the products of car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio," Joseph said. "The research center of the Car Audio Group is ready for the expected innovation and reforms on the car audio products."

Prosperous Business for Car Audio As China Retained Auto Sales Crown

Car Audio Group is expecting booming business car audio suppliers this year, as China remained the largest auto sales market in the world.

Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/31/2012 -- Car Audio Group expects a prosperous business for original car audio makers in the year 2012, as China remained the largest auto sales market in the world.

Over the past two years, China won the largest vehicle sales market in the world.

With the governmental policies on tax rebates, trade-in subsidies and incentives, auto sales in China continued an explosive growth for two years from 2009. Despite the expiration on favorable governmental policies, China still retained the auto sales crown in the world.

"The auto sales market cooled in 2011 as the governmental policies expired," Joseph said, a senior officer from of the Car Audio Group (http://www.caraudiogroup.com). "Thought the rapid growth rate of auto sales stopped, it finally reached sales numbers over 18 million."

Figures released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers lend support to Joseph. The full-year vehicle production and sales numbers are both over 18 million, with a 2% to 3% increase compared with the figures in 2010.

"The year 2010 had a remarkable growth in auto sales, and many makers of car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio already earned a prospering business," Joseph said. "The year 2011 is another eventful year for the auto industry in China, which is a good developmental period for original car audio suppliers."

According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, auto production and sales numbers both reached 18 million in 2010, with a rapid increase of 32% over 2009.

"In the past two years, the auto sales figures in China are huge, resulting in a great demand on car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio products," Joseph said. "This gives a great opportunity for original car audio makers."

Joseph pointed out that the auto sales figures had a positive relationship with the figures on car audio consumption.

"With a huge auto sales figures and the new tax law on the alternative energy cars, car audio suppliers are expecting a booming business this year," Joseph said. "We had better add new products of car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio to our local lineups as soon as possible."

Joseph also mentioned that original car audio suppliers also faced a range of challenges, such as new functions and designs on car audio products.

Car Audio Group Launched New Strategies to Meet the New Car Tax Law in China

Car Audio Group decided to launch new strategies to boom car audio sales under the new car tax law in China.

Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/26/2012 -- Car Audio Group announced that they launched new strategies to boom car audio sales under the new car tax law released in China. The new strategies are aimed at developing the new car owner market.

According to the statement from the State Administration of Taxation website on Dec 18, taxes will be reduced or even omitted on cars using alternative energy. This new law already started from January 1st 2012.

The new car tax law brought great impact to the car manufacturers, as well as the sellers.

"People are encouraged to buy cars using alternative energy," Joseph said, a senior officer in Car Audio Group (http://www.caraudiogroup.com). "An increased trend in car sales may be achieved this year, with the help of the new tax law."

Joseph pointed out that not only car sellers could have a good business, but car accessory suppliers for car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio would benefit from the new law.

"To some degrees, people may tend to choose a car with alternative energy," Joseph said. "The sales on these cars will certainly boom the sales of original car audio."

According to Joseph, there was a great business for original car audio makers, as new car owners would bring a huge demand on original car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio.

"Our team is already working on new strategies on sales to boom our business," Joseph said. "Promotional plans are already on our table and will be launched to attract the new car owners."

Discount prices on new car audio models are some of the measures mentioned by Joseph. With these strategies on sales, Car Audio Group is hoping to develop a great market share in the new car owners.

Car Audio Group believed that car owners would spend more money on car audio upgrades because of the saving from the new tax law. Therefore, more plans with sales purposes were urgently needed at this stage.

"We have more plans are under working," Joseph said. "We know time is urgent and we hope these plans can be launched in the following months."

"For Car Audio Group, our mission is to provide high quality and transparent low cost original car audio sourcing solutions for global clients," Joseph Lee said, a senior officer of Car Audio Group. "It is the strategic plan of our company, to further diversify the global markets."

Joseph also pointed out that the web platform also releases information on all products in details, such as car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio. This platform is targeted at the traders and wholesalers markets. However, individuals will also find their interested products and needed supports from the website.

"The web platform only provides original car audio related products, such as car stereo, car radio and auto radio," Joseph said. "These products are all genuine car parts from new cars, and have superior quality."
Facing with the current fierce competition in the car audio industry, measures focusing only on quality control and low price will not attract the interest from customers. Therefore, Car Audio Group is making strategic plans to provide comprehensive and excellent services to customers.

"This is a way to make a difference," Joseph said. "We hope customers can enjoy their trial experience on our website."

Car Audio Group is committed to not only providing detailed specifications of each car audio product, but also sharing industrial news on car audio, car stereo, car radio and auto radio.

"We hope this web can also serve as a knowledge platform for people who need supports on car audio related products," Joseph said. "Besides the industrial news, it will also share some techniques and experiences on car audio upgrades."

Joseph also said that Car Audio Group was committed to reply to customer inquiries free of charge. Customers are welcomed to leave inquires or topics for discussion on the official website.
