Noida, Uttar Pradesh -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/29/2012 -- Institute of Management Studies, Noida Sector 62 organized the 2 day Annual Inter College Festival "Pratibha 2012" today in the Institute Campus.

The Chief Guest of the event was the Mr Sumit Awasthi Depty Editor Aajtak news channel.

The Event was inaugurated by the chief guest along with the President Rajiv kr Gupta, Director Dr A .K Shrivastav Advisor of the Institute Alok Agrawal and the Principal Law College Dr N.S Azad by lighting the lamp.

A dance performance on Saraswati vandana by Monika Bisht also enlightened the ceremony.

Around 250 students of the institute with approx 30-35 students from various colleges have participated in different activities.

Nidhi Tiwari and Dipanshi Garg got first Prize and Shivani Solanki and Bhumika Sharma got second prize in Rangoli competition.

Arjun Mehta wins first and Purnima got second prize in Mono Acting Competition.

Team of Bharti and Damini got first and the team of Punit and Jyoti got second prize in collage making competition.

Fashion Show, face painting, Best Out of waste, T-shirt Painting and Nail Art were the other attractive activities of PRATIBHA day 1 event.

Tatoo art, Mehndi, LAN Gaming, Mr. and Ms. Pratibha, Lucky Draw, singing competition and Ad Mad Show etc will be the main attraction of Day 2 of PRATIBHA 2012.

Noida, Uttar Pradesh -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/06/2012 -- Sneha Gupta the fame of 'Dance India Dance' was in the Institute of Management Studies' Community Radio Station Salam Namastey 90.4 for an interview.

Sneha Gupta is among the top 10 finalist of Dance India Dance season 3 and was in the team of the famous choreographer Tarence.

She told that after D.I.D her life has totally changed, now everybody recognized her by face and she has even getting started offers for various shows.

At present her choice is to be a lead dancer instead of being a choreographer.

Her mother Sumitra Gupta told us that Sneha started participating in Dance competitions since she was in first standard and she started earning when she was 10 years old only. Sneha told that her mother supports her throughout the Journey.

Sneha gives a message to the students who are going appear in board exams that if in any case your result is not up to your expectations then just do not worry because everyone has some or other hidden talents and sometime your hidden talent only helps you to achieve your dreams.

She said that she herself is 12th pass but due to her passion for dance, she is the main dance instructor in Zenath Dance academy for last 13 years.

Declamation contest on the topic "Emerging role of women in growing India" and painting competition on "Women Empowerment with equal Human Rights" were held.

Ms. Aastha Jaiswal, BBA I yr and Ms. Archana Sinha, BBA II yr won first and second prize respectively in painting competition. And Ms. Aastha, BJMC student and Ms. Sunaina, BALLB student won first and second prize respectively in declamation contest. More than 5o female students participated in the event.
