Bank of America Stops Eviction in Wisconsin Just in Time Before Sherriff Removes Homeowners

In an unprecedented move, lawyers from the Bank of America submitted an urgent motion to void an eviction order against a Wisconsin family, based on humanitarian reasons, just days before the county sheriff was due to serve the notice.

Minneapolis, MN -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/10/2012 -- In an unprecedented move, lawyers from the Bank of America submitted an urgent motion to void an eviction order against a Wisconsin family, based on humanitarian reasons, just days before the county sheriff was due to serve the notice.

Needless to say, the homeowner welcomed the motion from Bank of America as a blessing, being too sick to move and with a son who was just recovering from a serious depression that almost ended up in a suicide a few days before the order came out.

However, Wisconsin Judge Todd L. Ziegler finds himself in a sticky situation on this case, not being able to sign the motion to void the sheriff sale and eviction. "I received your Notice of Motion and Motion to Void Sheriff's Sale and Vacate Order Confirming Sale and proposed order in the above-referenced matter," began his explanation. "I do not believe it is appropriate for me to sign (it) at this time because the order does not also provide for a dismissal of the foreclosure action."

He continued, "If I sign the proposed order, the matter would be pending indefinitely for confirmation of sale without adequate reasons that I can determine based on the affidavit."

Apparently, Bank of America's hands are tied in the case, whether to append the motion with a dismissal of foreclosure action or to stay the order for an indefinite period pending a confirmation of sale, but they did try to do right by this homeowner, as real estate practitioners observed.

"Many families all over the US at risk of losing their home daily, some situations so sad that I break into tears just reading their stories," says Steve Triebernig from All Things Real-Estate in Princeton, Minnesota. "It breaks my heart to know that some people face such tough battles of their life. I did not set out to just work with homeowners in distress but once I had seen the size of the issue, I could not look away. I was taught as a child that if you see someone in need, you should do everything that you can to help. If you don't help, you are part of the problem. I took this teaching to heart."

"Is this a change in direction for the nation's largest bank?" he mused. "Only time will tell."

All Things Real Estate Inc. Endorses Legal Shield for Seamless Insurance Services

All Things Real Estate Inc. of Minnesota, known in the property sales industry for their corporate mission of helping financially distressed clients, has expressed their support for Legal Shield, an innovative legal service plan company that provides affordable consultation services and access to accomplished law firms to protect ones legal rights.

Princeton, MN -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/10/2012 -- All Things Real Estate Inc. of Minnesota, known in the property sales industry for their corporate mission of helping financially distressed clients, has expressed their support for Legal Shield, an innovative legal service plan company that provides affordable consultation services and access to accomplished law firms to protect ones legal rights.

Steven Triebernig, CEO of All Things Real-Estate Inc. shared his experience with Legal Shield: "As an owner of a real estate company in Minnesota, I come across so many legal issues needing to be answered I have spent countless dollars on calling my attorney for so many years. But at a cost of US$150.00 per hour, it has begun to affect my bottom line. I also work with families from all over the US, helping them prevent foreclosure and save their home. Because my services are free, I needed legal advice that would not break the bank.

A personal friend of Steve, Brian Hilbrands an independent associate for Legal Shield, introduced him to the service. "It is like having a major law firm on retainer but much more affordable," Steve said. "Once you invest US$27.00 for the first month and US$17.00 a month after, you can call and talk to an attorney anytime."

Steve contacts Legal Shield when he needs to prepare wills, write letters to collectors, landlords, credit card companies, mortgage companies, among many others, for All Things Real-Estate and their homeowner clients. "There is no contract and the service is great!" continued Steve. "I used it twice in the first month."

But the service Legal Shield provides Steve is not limited to real-estate related issues. "I had my attorney send a letter to my college about US$1,117.00 I did not feel I needed to pay. The college is working on a resolution now. I also looked into starting a new corporation and it was great to be able to call an attorney that specialized in corporations."

As an entrepreneur, Steve Triebernig is trained to spot opportunities from needs and crises. "I look at things that I worry about as an opportunity to get the worry out of my life. I was worried about my car breaking down on the side of the road, so I purchased AAA. I worried about other drivers not having insurance, so I purchased Underinsured Motorist coverage. Just in case one of my real estate agents makes a mistake, I purchased Errors in Omissions insurance. Now I was worried about legal expenses, so I purchased Legal Shield. Now I am free to do what I enjoy without worry stunting my ability to grow my business, spend time with my family and have a better life."

All Things Real Estate Inc. Announces Expert Advice on Property Financing

“What if everything you thought to be true about real estate and finances was actually completely false. How soon would you want to know?” asks All Things Real Estate CEO Steven Triebernig.

Maple Grove, MN -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/25/2012 -- Recent news of the agreement between the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the state attorneys general on the terms of a global settlement with the largest mortgage servicers, including Bank of America, bolsters All Things Real Estate's ongoing commitment to help homeowners who are struggling to make their mortgage payments by extending additional options, prompting Triebernig to issue the above statement.

Under the agreement, Bank of America will implement modification programs on principal reduction to qualified customers, lower interest and payment rates for eligible homeowners (i.e., current on their payments but owe more than the current value of their homes for Bank of America-owned mortgages) and help customers pursuing short sales with additional assistance programs, such as deed in lieu of foreclosure and/or financial assistance.

"If the rules in real estate and finance are changing constantly should you believe what you are told by someone who is not in the business of real estate and finance?" adds Triebernig, whose years of experience in the field has allowed him to develop relationships with over 150 national lenders. His long and checkered career guarantees that customers are getting the best expert advice on 'all things real estate' related.
