Geneva, IL -- (ReleaseWire) -- 11/13/2012 -- The Naperville IL customers had a finished basement complete with finished walls, flooring and electrical. They had been using the space for a play room for their children for many years. Now the basement needed to function as an entertaining space.

The existing finished space was one large room. The customers wanted to separate the space into a bar/rec area for a pool table, a media room and a craft room. Therefore, we framed the interior walls according to the customers' layout.

The only demolition work that was needed was removing the existing carpeting. Additional electrical work was done to accommodate the new layout as well as plumbing for the bar area for a sink and dishwasher.

Maple cabinetry was installed in a medium stained finish for the bar area. The countertops were done in granite. The bar area included a sink, dishwasher, microwave and beverage refrigerator – the perfect space for entertaining.

Cabinetry for the craft room was the same that was used for the bar area. The craft room got laminate countertops for durability and easy clean up for projects.

18" x 18" porcelain tile was installed in the bar/rec area for easy cleanup. Carpeting was installed in the remainder of the finished portion of the basement and stairway to the first floor.

The media room was finished off with a custom entertainment center. It provided the perfect storage area for media equipment.

The Naperville customer couldn't wait to entertain and show of the remodeling done in the basement.

Resident wanted to completely remodel their existing master bathroom within the current room configuration.

Geneva, IL -- (ReleaseWire) -- 11/13/2012 -- The customers wanted to completely remodel their existing master bathroom within the current room configuration.

One of the goals for this project was to enlarge the shower area and vanity area. Since additional space to the bathroom could not be added, additional space for the larger shower and vanity area was gained by removing a large built in whirlpool bathtub.

The new large walk in shower included a custom tiled shower base, decorative tile layout, frameless glass shower door and recessed shelves for soap and shampoo. The shower was enhanced by installing body sprays, a rain shower head and hand held shower sprayer.

Coordinating floor tile was installed to compliment the tile used in the shower.

A double bowl vanity cabinet was installed with under mount sink bowls and a granite top. On one end of the vanity a make-up station was installed.

The vanity faucets coordinated with the shower hardware to tie everything together for a finished look.

Batavia IL Client Updates Outdated Kitchen

Geneva, IL -- (ReleaseWire) -- 09/20/2012 -- The customer wanted to remodel their 1970's outdated kitchen. We removed the soffits, outdated cabinets, laminate countertops and linoleum flooring.

We added maple hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen in a natural stain. We kept the same location of the sink and dishwasher which was currently under the window.

We installed semi-custom painted cabinetry. The perimeter cabinetry was in a cream color painted finish while the island cabinetry was in a black painted finish. We finished the cabinets off with two piece crown molding and a decorative molding on the bottom of the wall cabinets for a custom look.

We installed granite countertops with an under mount stainless steel sink and faucet. Lastly, we installed subway tile with a decorative inlay for the backsplash that wrapped around the kitchen window with a decorative pattern over the range. This was the finishing touch to complete this kitchen remodel.
