TATEMS International/PCHelp LTD Launches Updated Version of Fleet Management Software

TATEMS International/PCHelp LTD Maintenance Software Surpasses Its Competitors

Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/04/2013 -- Statistics indicate there are currently 23 million small businesses in the United States alone. Of the countless challenges facing owners and managers of these companies, those in positions of authority agree: the most problematic and time consuming of their duties is keeping track of the paperwork associated with fleet maintenance. In an effort to reduce the stress of this task on small business owners, TATEMS International / PCHelp LTD has launched the latest updated version of their Fleet Maintenance Software.

Marc Ready, President and Founder of TATEMS International / PCHelp LTD, confirmed, "After spending hundreds of hours on the development and programming of our software, we completed our initial version TATEMS. Having been created for a specific client, we allowed him to test the product within his own business. He was able to easily enter his equipment and his previous inspection, service and repair records into the software. Following his success with the program, we decided to create a version that would be practical and easily adapted to any business fleet. Since first making our software available to the general public, we have received nothing but positive feedback from clients across the United States, Canada and other countries around the world. Not only has our software helped them organize their fleet maintenance and management records, it has helped them more easily pass government inspections as well."

Ready continued, "Our clients began to send us suggestions for improvement of our Fleet Management Software system. Always ready and willing to better cater to our clients' needs, we take to heart as many of these proposals as possible. This has led to the addition of a number of new features and improved functionality of TATEMS. Over the years, it has evolved into a simple, yet powerful, Maintenance Software system. With the growing and changing needs of our clients in mind, we make constant updates and upgrades. We release a new version of TATEMS about 4 times a year. Being a small company ourselves, we can relate to the needs of our fellow small business owners. We are proud to supply them with this latest version of Tatems."

Aimed at Small Businesses with Truck Fleets TATEMS International Releases New Version

Fleet Maintenance and Management Software Help Small Business Stay on Top of Audits

Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/06/2013 -- Passing governmental audits and highway inspections are part of the process of doing business for companies with fleets of trucks, trailers and equipment in both the US and Canada as well as other countries as well. With that in mind, TATEMS International founder Marc Ready says his small business has taken off with its Fleet Maintenance Software aimed squarely at this industry.

Explaining how the business got its start Ready says, "TATEMS was built to handle small fleets and to cater to small businesses and townships. In 1998, while doing some consulting work for a Water Well Drilling company in Santa Maria, California, the owner mentioned that he failed his California Highway Patrol BIT inspection or CHP Biannual Inspection of Terminals. It's like a DOT Inspection, only more strict. All of his maintenance records were, at that time, written down on paper forms by his mechanics and were too hard for the CHP inspector to read. And, we all know how mechanics can't write well! So, the Inspector failed them and let them know if they failed again, they would be shut down!"

"We knew there had to be an easier way, and there certainly was. The owner of the Water Well Drilling company was amazed that he was now able to have all of those forms his mechanic was manually filling out available to him in an easy to use computer program. He easily entered in his equipment and his previous Inspections and Lube/Services and Repairs and printed out the resulting reports and when the inspector came back he passed his BIT/DOT Inspection with flying colors and the CHP inspector was happy, too. Later TATEMS was turned into a commercially available Fleet Management Software program. We've had feedback from clients all over the globe saying that the government inspectors love the easy to read format of the CMMS records and reports."

Ready says his customers wanted a product full of features, but one simple to use also. He feels his product has struck a fine balance between the two. Says Ready, "It's so easy to use even grandmothers have discovered Fleet Maintenance Software that strikes just the right balance between simplicity and powerful features you'll actually use."

TATEMS International / PCHelp LTD Launches TATEMS Fleet Maintenance Software

TATEMS International / PCHelp LTD Provides Software Facilitating Organization Process

Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/29/2013 -- Recent studies confirm 58 percent of businesses are still using largely manual data entry, analysis and organization methods in their daily operations. While helpful in their own right, these systems pose a number of correlation issues, especially in the areas of payroll, inventory control and fleet maintenance records. Surveys conducted among those falling into this category depict 87 percent of those companies would, if given the opportunity to efficiently and cost effectively do so, implement an all inclusive data management system into their business practices. In an effort to eliminate the difficulties brought about by ineffectual programming strategies, PCHelp LTD has launched a campaign to increase public awareness of their latest development, TATEMS Fleet Maintenance Software.

Marc Ready, President and Founder of PCHelp LTD, explained, "Our TATEMS Fleet Management Software was originally developed in 1998. The entire system came into being as a result of a problem encountered by one of our clients. His business, a Water Well Drilling company, had failed a recent California Highway Patrol Biennial Inspection of Terminals. This is a strict Department of Transportation inspection, enforced by the state of California, pertaining to all companies with vehicles, trailers and heavy equipment. In his case, performing maintenance was not the issue; keeping up with the paperwork involved was his downfall. We knew his company couldn't be the only one facing this type of difficulty. With the BIT Inspection in mind, PC Help LTD set out to create an easy to use program that would allow our client to properly track and maintain his equipment. The following year, we took what we had learned and created a version that would easily be usable by anyone with a fleet of trucks, trailers and equipment. It's entire purpose is to simplify Fleet Maintenance record keeping so our clients can focus on their equipment maintenance itself, rather than paperwork. Due to the tremendous reception it has received, TATEMS has become the main focus of our business."

"We provide potential clients with a 30 day free trial of the full version of our software," Ready went on to say, "After they decide to purchase our computerized maintenance management system, or CMMS, they simply supply us with the serial number displayed on the TATEMS registration screen. Once their serial number has been registered, they may continue using the software in the same manner as during the trial. Any information they entered within the prior 30 day period will be saved, allowing clients to avoid the hassle of re-entering their data. Our product is the most efficient, effortless and inexpensive software of its kind on the market today."
