Probable Hurdles Within the Cameroon's 2035 Emerging Nation Dream as a Fragile State

It is obvious that a nation can dream big and make giant moves but how sustainable can such a dream be if it remains in the position of a fragile state and fails to address the historical grievances of its people?

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/09/2015 -- With deep empathetic concern for the peaceful wellbeing of its home based country, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], highlights the short comings and the lapses within the country's protective institutionalism towards its great investment ventures as an aspiring 2035 emerging nation.

Notably, because of countless struggles and sporadic civil strives across the world, most especially the cases of the recent 2011 Arab spring within the heart of North Africa, numerous analysts and conflict forecasters have attempted to identify similar series of identical elements that sum-up to topple or ignite the fall of virtually stable regimes and autocratic governments. Due to the current needs to prevent eventual occurrences of major conflicts within countries that demonstrate similar country assessment risks for uprisings as previous case studies, this publication elaborates on some reasons why effective preventive measures should be taken in country cases still existing in virtual peaceful states.

As an example, for the fact that Cameroon has developed a very huge and ambitious development 2035 vision towards becoming an emerging nation, the need and ways to protect the huge institutional and infrastructural investments towards maintaining this vision becomes a necessity, should civil instability and major strives arise. This implies investigating the country's hurting history that could build vengeful thoughts in the citizenry minds.

Thus, in order to address the historical disappointments and deep grievances of the severally disfavoured Cameroonians, the CEO of MAHSRA, Dr Kelly Ngyah, traces the Country's history of major conflicts that has remained unresolved in the minds of several citizens.

Also, since the country has developed a major dream and vision for the well-being of its future generations, the CEO worries about the eventual occurrence of a national civil uprising which may instill or provoke a destructive spirit in the minds of its youths to demolish huge national investments. Advancing points to demonstrate the government's short comings towards its visionary step and emphasizing on the need for the effective institutionalization of peace instances within the country's 2010/2020 growth and employment strategy paper, the author's fears within this country which has already been classified as a fragile state, are addressed from two angles:

1) Do the Cameroonian people actually care about or believe in this ambitious policy that ought to be an idea worthy to celebrate? and

2) Has the government truly considered the citizenry ideas upon this development plan before instituting it?

Besides the publication, MAHSRA as well, indicates that it is undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks. And thus, is highly soliciting support from the public.

MAHSRA Releases Two Publications on Emerging Nations in Peace Growth and African Worries for Its Rapid Development

Emerging nations and their economies have exemplary in-country peaceful development policies and practices that ought to be copied by other lesser countries but, from the negative impact of colonial history, can copying actually support developing countries’ aspirations for economic stability in a non-corrupt and non-violent political environment?

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/08/2015 -- Aspiring to promote the comparative peaceful growth and development examples seen within emerging nations and Considering that the African Continent needs much aspirational hope and courage to enhance its own peaceful development perspectives, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], releases two publications that address the scope of regional development objectives of emerging nations and the impact of colonial administration that have retarded African progress but now demonstrates new opportunities for regaining hope towards Africa's rapid development.

In the first publication, through exemplary emerging country policy work orientations and practices for promoting both regional and global peace, the researcher, Dr. Kelly Ngyah and CEO of Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA) presents the political, cultural and socioeconomic scopes that are responsible for making the emerging nations particular and worth copying for sustaining peaceful development aspirations across the globe. He as well strives at understanding the classical distinction within the developed and developing stances in order to distinguish the 'emerging nation' concept.

Through cited examples, he shows how influential emerging nations' regional development strategies and polices could be useful for building global peace.
The CEO of MAHSRA, Dr. Kelly NGYAH, in his attempt to locate the hurdles behind Africa's retarded development perspectives, examines the impacts of former imperial colonial oppressive administration on conquered indigenous territories during the colonial period and how the indigenous elites' post-independence political philosophies became corrupted within modern governance perspectives. Distinctively, he highlights that the African worry is full of losses, sorrow and pain accrued since the colonial era which today has inflicted much agony and psychological trauma in the minds of its leaders and its common citizens. And because life in Africa is consumed in an atmosphere of fear and insecurity, its people's desperation has thus been transformed towards political and economic crime for individual security and egoistic prosperity, a critical view which however does not reflect the culture of family that governed the African people in their strong holds and values for peace and development.

Where has such African community spirit values evaporated to? Can we get them back?

Counting on the commitments of several regional organizations and financial institutions such as the recent development arms and initiatives of the New Partnership for African Development (NEPAD), the African Union (AU) Commission and the emerging nation's (BRICS) member states' internal policy support for peace and economic growth in Africa, Dr. NGYAH exposes and thus give Africans more reasons to regain hope and be encouraged to enhance their own rapid development prospects.

A merger of mutually reciprocal interactions of societal people and values within deep reflections on human development through a human solidarity spectrum may make peace building ventures more achievable.

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/08/2015 -- In the attempt to propose a working practice for effective peace building measures through some major human solidarity values, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], has released a view on the scope of mutuality and reciprocity towards enhancing objective peace building processes and has also examined the probable entries within which the human development measurement units may be used to address societal conflicts and peace.

In the first publication titled 'Mutuality and Reciprocity for Peaceful Objectivism':

The objectivist concept of Rand Ann in a situation of deep or intense conflict which projects an individual as a heroic being with his own happiness as the moral purpose and with his ability to think or not to think, to use reason or not to use it, to go by facts or to go by feelings and thus surviving by making evaluations on reality and the logical connections necessary to produce the things he needs in order to live, is used in highlighting the individual as that who will egoistically act or not act in order to triumph in any difficult situation, thus making it very difficult to want to lose a battle for another in a conflict.

While citing from the objectivist angle, the author Dr. Kelly NGYAH and CEO of MAHSRA materializes the notions of mutuality and reciprocity in objectivism and how the merger probability of all three concepts may affect the value of societal peace. Thereby, proposing a way for framing a peace agreement or during peace negotiations from the perspectives of a mutual loss trade-off (rather than benefits) between the concerned parties and developing peace commitments to the agreement as the most reasonable alternatives for both sides can, to a significant degree, influence the balance of satisfaction in the direction of durable peace. He as well, analyses a range of measures for ensuring peace building through the reduction of risks in lapsing or relapsing into conflict and makes emphasis on the need for coherent and tailored strategies in addressing specific needs of problem ownerships which comprise carefully prioritized, sequenced, and therefore relatively narrow set of activities aimed at achieving objectives.

MAHSRA Engages Both Traditional and Local Government Responsibilities in Fighting Barbaric Widowhood Rites Practices

The widows and women of the Esu, Weh and Aghem communities have now seen an institutionalized dawn to their plea and plight against Babaric widowhood rites practice within their communities

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (ReleaseWire) -- 01/19/2015 -- The Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], has once more proven its modern advocating potency in addressing very chronic global worries with regard to the status of women.

On the occasion of the official public presentation and ceremony of the widowhood rites to rights initiative for Esu, Weh and Wum localities that held on the 16th of January 2015 at the Wum Council Hall, the effective realities and pragmatic framework of international policy implementation towards the well-being and positive rights-based aspirations of vulnerable community women where made evident.

During the occasion, the CEO of MAHSRA, Dr. Kelly Ngyah in his primary speech enlightened all the authorities present on the direct implications of the barbaric widowhood rites practices inflicted on widows against national and international laws. After briefly elaborating on the exemplary cases of traditional rites practices that degrade the human dignity of widows and completely denies them of their freedoms, the CEO called on the fons (local Kings) of the concerned localities acting as the customary rulers of their people to join efforts in combating such discriminatory practices against their women. He as well duly emphasized that besides the heavy damage that such practices may cause on the psychosocial well-being of the community widow, much is lost in their potentials as development instruments and tools for their localities.

Dr. Kelly Ngyah emphasized that, because majority of the local community women are widows who are supposed to be the main source of agricultural produce within the localities, inflicting psychological damages and social injustice on them will seriously affect and reduce such produces, thus gradually driving the entire communities into abject poverty, hunger and starvation.

The rural women/widows therefore require:
Better Treatment, Better Care and Better Community Support.

In order to consolidate the CEO's quest for better treatment for the rural widows, the three fons who came with their community representative council members (including the fulanis and Hausas) all made similar speeches which proved their commitment and understanding of the situation faced by their suffering women.

In line with the speeches, the delegate of women empowerment, the Mayor of the Wum council, the Governor of the North West Region and as well as the Canadian High Commissioner to Cameroon Rene Cremonese all acknowledged the worries faced by the local widows and encouraged the traditional authorities in their committed efforts to combat the barbaric widowhood rites practices against their vulnerable people.

The CEO of MAHSRA also presented the newly formed ombudspersons widowhood groups or associations who were to undergo organizational capacity building and inter-family and community conflicts resolution trainings to the public officials therein present such that, their duties as the community overseers will be facilitated and given due public government support.

To crown the occasion, an advocacy agreement was reached and signed between all three fons (local Kings) of Esu, Weh and Wum; the Senior Divisional Officer of Menchum Division and the CEO of MAHSRA.

Dr. Kelly Ngyah Directs Humanity in the True Ways of Getting Intrinsic Individual Peace and Prosperity

The only way for us to gain some magical or un-understood love, peace and material prosperity in our futures, is determined by our present attitudes or activities that generate the right energies in such directions.

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/23/2014 -- Still operating within the auspice premise of global peace and development, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], publishes a new literary material that analyses the ethical contexture of individual perceptiveness on intrinsic inspirational happiness an hope titled: THE MAGIC OF UPLIFTING with Rich Internal Flames.

The conceptual piece has been developed through an inclusive focus that cross-examines both spiritual and material dimensions on the notions of individual uplifting sensations or awareness.

In the first place, the document extracts scriptural positions on the monotheist faith-based views of uplifting within Christian (Biblical) and Islamic (Qur'an) as well as within other popular faith-based doctrines such Buddhism, and Hinduism.

In the second place, it assesses that, because the faith-based connections to the phenomenon of individual uplifting tends to be very problematic and non-consolidatory for the common man's understanding, there was a need to develop and introduce the practical realities of what an ordinary man should understand and do in order to attain such moments of uplifting in his/her life.

Within this parametric framework, the CEO of MAHSRA, a true peacemaker and author to this title, Kelly NGYAH PhD, illuminates on the ethical scope of human activities which are harnessed within such spiritual and material energies, and that could as well be strong predetermining factors for what happens in our lives at later date. This is based on our interactions of today.

With several exemplary and explanatory positions on what, how, when and where individuals ought to do or expect un-understood compensatory measures upon the seeds they sow in their lives, the author further indicates that, the only way for us to gain some magical or un-understood love, peace and material prosperity in our futures, is through our present attitudes or activities that build the energies in that direction.

What is therefore composes of these acts?

The book advises that we all need to learn to sow the true seed to internal peace, love and prosperity which will guide us towards inspiring happiness and hope, and as well, gives us the light to prosper with internal flames of authentic contentment.

Also, as a tradition, MAHSRA reminds its audiences that obtaining this material or any other copy of their publications means, supporting its goals to continue its effort on global peace works.

This as well extends that MAHSRA is presently undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks.
MAHSRA Draws Previews on the Concept of Democracy as a Conflict Catalyst

Both historical and modern conceptions of democracy prove it to be the ideal human governance model. However, is democracy just a means to promote individual liberties, or is it an ideal for achieving world peace and stability? There is a failure somewhere… Where?

Bamenda, North West Region -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/23/2014 -- Through its continuing efforts to promote global peace works, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], releases another thriller document on the investigative faults of democracy on conflicts.

In view that several contrasting positions on the rule of democracy in local, national and global perspectives exist, the liberal democratic constitutionality approach is assessed to be the most practical methodology for applying democratic objectivism. But, in line with other internal legal dispositions under constitutional democracies, there is bound to be an incessant influx of contradictory and realist applications that create tensions within the society or, act as conflict mitigates.

In critique, such a realist and conflict promoter position of democratic politics highlights the detrimental extends to which, though striving to foster individual liberties and freedoms, the true nature of human egoistic and individualistic tendencies may 'licitly' steepen separatist ideologies and communities which are liable to inflict grave conflicts within the society.

In another regard, meanwhile individual liberties are analyzed and criticized to be a source of conflict in the society under the spectrum of democracy, at the same time, and comparatively, the conceptual appreciation of democracy with respect to other totalitarian governance models, is acknowledged to foster social and distributive justice meanwhile, preventing the very bitter strives.

As such, in line to brace more insights to the mentioned query, the CEO, Dr. Kelly NGYAH, within this study, primarily, paves the understanding of the concept of democracy from its historical roots to its modern development perspectives and then, uses liberal constitutionalist and representative democratic notions to examine the problematic of democracy as a conflict catalyst factor, as well as, a conflict preventer ideal.

Besides the release, MAHSRA as well, indicates that it is undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks.
MAHSRA Condemns Corruption as a Strongly Derogatory and Degenerative Force in the Society

From religious, circular and other legal perspectives, it’s no more news that the phenomenon of corruption fosters moral decay and retards development within the society. Given that this is an inherent nature of the human being, is there a possibility of totally eliminating or living positively with it?

Bamenda, North West Region -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/23/2014 -- Using a broader scope and an inclusive framework in addressing the elements that are necessary to promote global peace, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], presents an analysis into the phenomenon of corruption and its derogatory and degenerative force on the society.

Assessing from a number of contemporary perspectives, the generalized conception of the phenomenon of corruption portrays it as a sort of evil and ethically derogatory influence on the human being and his/her environs that leads to destruction or regression. In effect, it entails that, a majority of human societal actions that result in the degeneration of cherished societal morals and peace, may always have root causes within the agents of corruption.

Also, through an inherent consensus that all human beings are born corrupt and thus, bound to live with the corrupt nature while, only fairly striving to accept and adhere to the anti-corrupt models within the society, MAHSRA searches to understand if it is actually feasible for people to deny their authentic corrupt selves and adapt to the morally modest societal standards.

In address to the worries, the CEO, Dr. Kelly NGYAH, personifies the phenomenon in order to assess the human potency or capabilities of evil behind issues of corruption. And to properly digest his assessments, he scrutinizes the political and economical phases of corruption and their degenerative impacts on poverty, education, human health, and scientific and infrastructural development.

As an institutional process that stampedes moral decay in the society, within the context of this document, the author portrays a critical view on how the oddments of corruption and its probable futuristic impacts within the society could practically destroy both human and environmental wellbeing and thus, destabilize societal peace from its perceived discriminatory and marginalization effects upon community individuals.

As a resolute measure, the CEO of MAHSRA further presented the corruption phenomenon as a practical societal evil that needs an utmost institutionalization process in order to eliminate it, or, effectively devised mechanisms to positively live with it as the society's necessary evil.

Besides the release, MAHSRA as well, indicates that it is undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks. And thus, is highly soliciting support from the public.

MAHSRA Wins a National Award of Excellence as Best NGO in Modern Advocacy

In reward, for ceaseless, persistent and tangible results orientated efforts towards global development, a colloquium of press men and women have assessed and accorded the works of Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association as the best example in Modern Advocacy which other NGOs need to learn from.

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/23/2014 -- Within the organization's zealously dedicated spirit to build on the true pragmatic meaning of equality, justice and meritocracy, in the quest to foster global objectives in peace and development, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council - ECOSOC [2013], has finally been recognised by a body of press men and women to merit a National Award of Excellence as the Best NGO in Modern Advocacy.

It is often acknowledged that, the end results determine the true course and path of diligence and consistence. Once more, this distinction has been approved by a diligent and impartial jury of dedicatedly discreet men and women in the society.

Sometimes, people sacrifice time, efforts and resources on courses which they see as self appeasing and positive for human and societal wellbeing but are often ignored by those who think they have the power of decision to manipulate such efforts and works for selfish benefits. In the horrible world within which we live, discrimination and marginalisation, as one would analyse, still exists in several forms and modalities. If not, how can we appreciate the fact that, those who work earnestly, zealously and ceaselessly get very little meanwhile those who put in very little dishonest efforts get all the facilitating resources.

This is a call on all major governance and resources facilitation institutions, what are you doing to reward merit and accredit excellence such that every other civil societal activity efforts may be boosted to speed-up global development objectives?

In the Midst of limited human and other facilitative resources, and without thought or hope that any major bodies were actually analysing or supporting the efforts of Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association in promoting global peace and development, the press people of the host country have finally proven this otherwise.

As expressly declared in the CEO's online executive summary note in 2011 that:

MAHSRA is determined to mount the untamed eagle and hungry lioness in the quest to achieve its goals with a very rigorous and vibrant zeal that will unshackle its mission and each and every one of its objectives

In the midst of limited procedural and financial support from both national government and other foreign bodies including a series of ceaseless neglects and undermining circumstances that were tactically cornered to completely incapacitate the organization, the CEO's word stood its grounds and proved that, not only is the organization built-up in highly zealous ambitions, but that in addition, there is more to MAHSRA's works that is held within the armpits of faith and ordained for an exemplary success on the path of destiny and human progress.

On the 9th of August 2014, during the 7th edition of the visionary Eye Newspaper's award ceremony, an occasion that was chaired by the senior divisional officer of Dongamantung division in the North West region, MAHSRA's distinction that had been assessed through a diligent scrutiny selection process by some men and women of the press, was once more brought to light.
Because MAHSRA's works have proven a clear distinction between advocacy and lobbying that needs to be taught and magnified within the civil society activity movement sectors, the organization was assessed and ordained as the light of modern advocacy for both Cameroonian and several foreign and international non-governmental organizations who aspire to influence change rather than simply pledging for unlawful political interests in order to gain return favours.

MAHSRA Releases Insights on the Virtual Conception of Tyranny and Peace

When tyrants are on political seats, the country seems to be stable and peaceful at a glance, but when their governments are toppled, what becomes of the stable and peaceful nature that seemed to be under the autocratic or tyranny rulers?

Bamenda, North West Region -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/23/2014 -- Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], has published some insights on the virtual conception of tyranny and peace.

Through an obvious analytical review on the current eventualities of governance crises faced within those countries which have had a regime change from an autocratic to a seeming democratic rule and for the need to discourage tyranny or autocratic governance options, MAHSRA's public concern in the direction has recently been assessed as one of the priority regards in facing global conflict challenges.

In this respect, the organization, under the dedicated leadership of its very active CEO, Dr. Kelly NGYAH, highlights that, comparatively, when a country under an autocratic ruler or a tyrant seems to be more stable and virtually peaceful than that which is going through a transitional democracy phase, then, such a masked notion of country stability, brings in misleading notions that autocracy or tyranny maybe the solution for Peace in States.

Of course, tyrants and autocrats possess the conditioned suppressive power to induce and maintain a country atmosphere which is free of major violent conflicts, but, can such a stable framework be sustained when they leave power?

In the attempt to explain the detrimental impacts of a prolonged tyranny rule over the long-term peace and stability of a country, the CEO, within the document, explains that the type of forceful customary allegiance earned within a tyranny rule is usually against the individual's free-will, and therefore, makes it impossible for maintaining such pre-existent stability when tyranny rule is toppled.

In addition, within more specific guidelines, the work examines example tyranny rules whose enlightened absolutist reigns have been toppled and compares the post-regime's country status on peace and stability with that of its former despotic or autocratic rule.

MAHSRA Analyses the Causal Dynamics of Ethnic Conflicts in Relation to the International Community's Biases

Isn’t it so obvious that greed and the desire for discriminatory economic and political power often interferes and manipulates liberal community structures and cultures into struggles over baseless individual differences?

Bamenda, North West Region -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/23/2014 -- In continuum efforts to promote global peacemaking and conflict mitigation opportunities, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], releases another intriguing conflict causes' eye-opener: Ethnic Conflict Causes and the International Community Biases.

Following the series of peace growth fostering literature formerly released, MAHSRA presents another thriller title which sorts to illuminate critical insides into ethnic conflict causes and the international community or foreign government biases.

In an introductory pattern, the release highlights the necessity for dynamic and interwoven approaches as prerequisite options in order to get the actual insight roots of ethnic conflicts.

In the line of thought, the CEO, Dr. Kelly NGYAH, explains that major phenomenal issues such as greed and the desire for discriminatory economic and political power, may often interfere and manipulate the social liberalist community individual into struggles over values which are equally shared within the community. As such, to make the difference, while uprooting facts from primordialist, institutionalist, political entrepreneurship and scarcity of resources as significant ethnic conflicts causal elements, the CEO probes in another debate question for researchers in the field, saying 'the causal dynamics of an ethnic conflict needs to be sorted in [its gain searcher-roots undercover actors]'.

In addition, the research material further utilizes, the manipulative, explanative and exploitative dimensions to elaborate on the fact that these undercover actors may not necessarily be members of either the concerned ethnicities or the affected communities, but, with exemplary cases, the international community, including major foreign government bodies could be involved in fuelling up ethnic conflict strives for selfish gains.

MAHSRA as well, indicates that it is undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks. And thus, is highly soliciting support from the public.

MAHSRA Projects the Concepts of Individuality and Criminality as Conflict Driving Elements

Individualism brings in a strong derogatory value against global solidarity and community ideals, yet, at the same time, through competivism and the notion of individual security and well-being, it becomes a vital utility factor for economic development within several perspectives.

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/23/2014 -- Within individualistic and criminal mind framesets towards redressing certain ignored conflict stimulant elements, and as a means to promote global peace, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], investigates into the phenomenal conception of individuality and criminality as factors that drive conflicts within the society.

In modern times, the concept of individualism as understood and applied in the medieval period has been appraised inapt to address current eventualities which are now correlated with a number of dictums on individual liberties and freedoms towards the new millennium human development prospectus.

Within such shortcomings, modern variance in conceptive thoughts and practical human activities or habits has been making it very difficult to enforce strong communitarian and solidarity goals, therefore, inducing severe conflict driving links within the individualism concept.

In order to illuminate such conflict driving links, the CEO, Dr. Kelly NGYAH, uses a three level hierarchy flow phenomena, illustrated through a diagrammatic sketch of individualism to its conflict driving factors, and within which, the distinction between the individual's cognitive and non-cognitive human proclivity tendencies in relative positions with intensity levels of conflict ignition and building probabilities is measured.

Also, striving to be as non-pessimist as possible, MAHSRA innovatively highlights how the already condemned individualism concept could be applied in conflict prevention and mitigation procedures, as well as, for great human and economical development prospects.

Besides the release, MAHSRA as well, indicates that it is undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks.
MAHSRA and Human Rights Partners Seek for Funds to Address the Plight of Widows Within Indigenous Africa

The voices of the widows in Africa are calling for your support to assist in making a change in their lives and a readjustment of the traditional customs that treat them like slaves and home property for inheritance. Are we going to stay silent to this call?

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/04/2014 -- The Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association [MAHSRA] an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], launches a reminder call to all men and women of generous hearts and humanitarian Wills, to make even the smallest possible effort in supporting the plea of the indigenous widows in African community setups.

Based on the field assessments, reported cases and past instituted programs within the domain, it has come to our notice that, as time evolves and knowledge on this initiative spreads far and wide, the number and degree of inhumane treatments inflicted on the widows keep on unfolding within very horrible life-witness reports.

THE PROJECT PAGE

MAHSRA is thus, calling on the gentle inner-parts of each and everyone, and as well, our human obligations to show concern and mercy to one another, in order that, concern will be shown upon us as well, in due time, though in such ways which we may not understand.

THE FUNDING LINK

The presented worries in the initiative are real, live and chronic within our societies. 'Should we fold our arms and watch our mothers maltreated and tossed around like home property, even after they have lost the love of their lives? What if these women were our own proper relations or, mothers in question or, even us, what should have we done? It is a horrible thing if we stay silent and do nothing about it, yet, we expect to have a change for a peaceful world when, we cannot even move an inch towards assisting the plight of women who passed us on to life' exclaimed the CEO of MAHSRA.

In effect, the goal of the present fund raising initiative which was primarily launched on the 9th of May 2014, is to Fight the Barbaric Widowhood Rites Practices within Indigenous Africa' through a strategic grassroots community-based activity schema. In the limelight, this deployed strategy sorts to transform the human rights abusive treatments inflicted on women (widows) based on customary obligations (rites), to internationally respected standards of the woman's rights which will readdress the customary rites on widows for an inclusive merger entry of the widowhood rights in parallel with women's rights.

As well, through intense rights based advocacy, cultural fairs, legal civil mass-marriages, community ombudswomen capacity enhancements and, other victimized widows and their family subsistence support initiatives, the following outcomes are projected:
- Improved status on the cultural regards standards of women and their children with the traditional societies;
- Improved mentality mind-frames of the traditional men towards their community widows;
- Improved motherhood childcare support prerequisites within local communities;
- Increased awareness on the legal implications for depriving ignorant widows and their children (orphans) of their due development needs;
- Empowered local community women on their independent and personal life-style development

The funding goal of $25,500US, more or less, is expected to be completely used on the activities of the project.

Notably:
Carrying Green Leaves for Peace, the Voice of all the Affected Widows, through this initiative, is Transmitting Their Words Of Blessings, from Their Poor Villages, To All Those Showing Concern And Care For Them.

'BLESS YOU ALL', they exclaimed in tears!

MAHSRA Introduces More Light on the Secrets of Family Happiness and Joy

As a basic unit for molding the human peacemaking ethics of solidarity, mutuality, community, love and care, the value of marriage and family within civil, cultural and interfaith dimensions, needs revitalization and increased access to the common man’s comprehension.

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/04/2014 -- Adhering to the ethical notions that, building human solidarity and a true sense of community love, care and mutuality which should enhance peaceful coexistence amongst peoples everywhere and across legal, cultural, and religious barriers, is generated within the notion of FAMILY, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], releases the secrets of forming, building, maintaining and sustaining a family setup in consistent of moments of reasonable happiness and joy.

Within the literary piece, the conception of a family is duly acknowledged as a valued existential union that is highly cherished both by the Almighty and man. However, in countless number of assessed instances, and through countless cultural and religious doctrines, the family esteem has been severally ridiculed and severely undermined within common freewill castrations.

While avoiding to apportion blames to any particular separatist religious or cultural constraining barriers against uniting peoples of diverse and various descents across the globe in family structures, the CEO of MAHSRA, a true peacemaker and author to this initiative, Kelly NGYAH PhD, comments. 'Is the family still a place where human values of mutuality and trusts are ethical introduced and developed for the society? If so, then, why are have we all connived to emasculate its inestimable worth to the prospects of human solidarity and mutuality? It is now time for us to begin to give value to issues that make us peaceful and co-existential human beings before we all become raveled into automatons', Dr. NGYAH puzzled.

In the limelight to reignite the almost forgotten pleasant human values in the mutuality framework of marriage and family, the literature examines the human ability characteristics and values that are necessary to rebuild the required warmness in a prospective family union.

And to be ascertained that such examined results are not biased, the document further analyses the Christian, Muslim, Bhuddist, and Hindu conception of the family and proposes what the author terms 'effective interfaith marriage union merger opportunities for a happy and joyous family lifetime'.

It as well considers the stakes involved in living with children, and the encounters from other external families' and friends' influences that may trigger frustrations between couples. Thus, it further proposes tentative means to address and resolve such stakes.

As a tradition, the organization reminds its audiences that obtaining this material or any other copy of their publications, means, supporting its goals to continue its effort on global peace works.

MAHSRAalso indicates that it is presently undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks. And thus, is highly soliciting support from the public.

MAHSRA Releases an Analytical Projection on the Root Causes of Terrorism Within Urban Setups: Citing the Boko Haram Case Study

After the Al Qaeda, and the Taliban forces which have been terrorising the world, the Boko Haram Sect of Nigeria has sternly demonstrated that, no matter how small a needle may look, when it pierces, it may go all the way across unnoticed, and finally bring down the giant.

North West Region,Bamenda -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/02/2014 -- Considering that the fight against terrorism is a necessary measure to ascertain and promote globe peace and solidarity, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], engages in the intellectual battle to illuminate and erase the roots of the catalytic terrorism promoter factors.

This comes after MAHSRA has made a Solemn call to all Universities and Professional Institutions to Adhere to the Ways Traditions of Peace following the series of analytical releases on the nature of Indigenous Peoples' Worries, Role of the Church and State on Corruption, Nation's Role in Community Solidarity, Impact of Modern Technology on Conflicts, Accountability and Transparency for Peaceful Development, and the Community's Role in Peace and Development.

As its own efforts to combat the new world order of terror, MAHSRA releases another breath-taking momentum and pragmatic literature on urban terrorism and its root causes, while, extensively citing the case of Boko Haram.

In this piece of eye cleansing literature, Dr. Kelly NGYAH strives to illuminate the root causes of terrorism which had been duly instituted by United Nations Resolutions, especially within the parameters of transnational and organized crimes. Thus implying that, individual member States or their government representatives, if they would not be held as accomplices to barbaric terrorist actions, therefore, it is their place to individually and conjointly engage in effective mechanisms to erase the root causes of terrorism within and across their border territories by, taking rigorous actions against the transnational and organized crimes values of the UN.

In one way or the other, the good doctor, though very critical on the human lives loss, further embraces the recent activism impacts of the Boko Haram, which has so far, made especially the government of Cameroon and other West and Central African States to sit-up. They have now resolved to beef up security measures and most certainly will be improving security concerns for the plight of their people who have gone through worse tortures and assassinations in the hands of the government-undermined organized criminals. This is an example which he expects every other thoughtful nation to copy, the CEO explained. Should governments wait for the citizens to be ruthlessly slaughtered before they will remember and implement their responsibilities? He further on asked.

Convinced that, in practice, terrorist instincts or attitudes are neither alien nor innate but that which stem from a process of acculturation, Dr. NGYAH fears of the outcomes of the over 200 abducted school girls. Would they not be brainwashed and molded into active terrorist instruments while they remain under the formation hostage of the Boko Haram sect?

As such, since acculturation is the process wherein terrorist attitudes are induced on people in the society, the literature further highlights on the sensitivity of the youths within urban setups in acquiring such human destructive values.

Also, While shifting the anti-terrorist psychosocial behaviour restructuring responsibility to the urban community's social services, the study also demonstrates how the terrorist intimidator threats are constituted through 'hard bargaining tactics' of negotiation and conflict management processes and thus, makes suggestions to further researchers of interest, to build on counter-terrorist measures within the domain.

While empowering the intellect through new knowledge acquisition within this document, it is also assumed that, obtaining this material is at the same time, supporting the organizational goals of MAHSRA to continue its effort on global peace works.

MAHSRA as well, indicates that it is undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks. And thus, is highly soliciting support from the public.

MAHSRA Analyzes the Role of the Community and Its Concepts in Fostering Peace and Development

Modern eventualities duly demonstrate a lapse or failure of effectiveness in handling the rampant conflict occurrences across the globe. A diligent study into the role and concepts of the community may pave the way for a ground breaking solution within this pragmatic school of thought.

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/21/2014 -- While a huge number of peace seeking and conflict resolution efforts across the globe continue to fuel the goals and programmes of several NGOs and the United Nations as a multitude whole of its individual Nations' wills, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), an NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council ECOSOC [2013], demonstrates an inestimable support within ethical construes that are strategically developed to impact a true conflict-free change in the human psychological frame-up.

After a number of analytical releases on the nature of Indigenous Peoples' Worries, Role of the Church and State on Corruption, Nation's Role in Community Solidarity, Impact of Modern Technology on Conflicts, Accountability and Transparency for Peaceful Development, MAHSRA releases another proposed innovative and pragmatic community conflict management schema.

Within the document, it is acknowledged that, recent global and local development talks and agendas have mostly centred on community perspectives, and because issues of feasible community conflict moments via major war-torn zones to modern technologically built communities (online communities) are now our days a major call for concern with respect to conflict prevention, conflict management/mitigation and conflict resolution, the research work strives to implicate the application of community concepts in addressing the conflict moments.

According to the CEO, Dr. Kelly NGYAH, he asserted that, 'global trends on conflicts are still on a high scale, though several writers and development agencies have attempted in purporting numerous solutions, this work presents an innovative analysis on conflict catalysts and qualifications within the community perspectives and thus, proposes an elaborative model for conflict prevention, management/mitigation and conflict resolution within the community concepts'.

In addition, the CEO implied that, the real reason for the work was to build-in a new academic and professional conflict management direction through which sustainable peaceful strategies could be enhanced. 'If the union of people within a number of community categories could make them psycho-socially comfortable in the milieu, then, there is need to exploit such avenues for the gain of global peace goals', he exclaimed.

MAHSRA Introduces an Ethical Approach to Prevent Conflicts Through Accountability and Transparency for Peaceful Development

The Conception of Accountability and Transparency, within ethical human proclivity perspectives, is strongly encouraged for academic and professional usage in research and development for innovative conflict prevention modalities. It teaches leaders on how easy conflict management could be achieved within those measures

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/20/2014 -- As severally promised within previous press address moments, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), NGO based in Bamenda - Cameroon and in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council - ECOSOC [2013], has once more released one of its research and working material publications on peace and development.

Amidst a handful of already published global peace research works, this one, Titled: Accountability and Transparency for Peace and Development, highlights that, for decades past now, countless philosophers, activists and other category of thinkers have sorted to understand diverse perspectives and approaches for achieving sustainable peace and growth mechanisms. However, within this diversity, while many of the involved actors have approached their problematic from 'roots to cause effects', others have built from the investigative results on the outcomes of post conflict situations in order to renegotiate the instances that would have prevented such devastating results.

Acknowledging the intense variance and lack of novelty within the mentioned directions, this literary piece eludes both approaches and dives directly into the ethical realities of the human proclivity perspectives. In the light, Dr. NGYAH strives to maximise the opportunistic impacts of societal accountability and transparency in relation to some human socio-interactive and cultural inclination values, within which, moral and mutuality ethics become the most cherished societal medal for a unified mission of growth and peaceful solidarity.

Comprehensively, the material which has been classified as a real working tool for both academic and professional peace and development researchers, is developed in a simple and pragmatic methodology which uses the notions of Accountability and Transparency to be the world's most uniquely needed values for avoiding conflicts and achieving peace and development. Also, holding on other important peacebuilding ideals such as trust and mutuality, the applicability of this material may be somehow limited in scope and expectations, but one thing for sure is that, it appeals to professionals, academicians and global peace and development workers to throw more light towards its direction.

While empowering the intellect through new knowledge acquisition within this document, it is also assumed that, obtaining this material is at the same time, supporting the organizational goals of MAHSRA to continue its effort on global peace works.

MAHSRA as well, indicates that, it is undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks. And thus, is highly soliciting support from the public.

MAHSRA Analyzes and Accuses Advanced Modern Technology for High Complicity in Instigating and Fueling Conflicts

Human Rights Organization critically addresses modern technology advancement as an accomplice medium for conflict growth and instability.

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/15/2014 -- Materializing its organizational goals towards fostering peace and a conflict-free world, the Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA) NGO in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council - ECOSOC [2013] publishes one of its research and working paper initiative towards Global Peace and Development titled: MODERN TECHNOLOGY AND CONFLICTS

Within the document, the CEO, Dr. Kelly NGYAH illustrates on the paradoxical implications of modern development innovations and marvelous technological achievements, which, though built as ideal elements for human progress, they still at the same time, inflict much misery and suffering upon people.

Furthermore, as a focal intriguing element in modern technological wonders, the cyberspace makes it possible for instantaneous communication and connection between persons, ideas and structures where ever and whenever possible. However, it is very shocking that, though these links are helping to build a solidarity focus between the various concerned elements, there are, at the same time, acting as a medium wherein very strong separatists and discriminatory ideologies become materialized into wide spread violent encounters and conflicts.

As such, in order to highlight where the problematic surfaces, and how a probable dimension of thought could assist in preventing violent conflicts within the medium, the document briefly examines the nature and concept of the cyberspace and its potency in initiating or building on some social deviance aspects. These aspects are further illustrated to harness the potentials of modifying the psychosocial behavioural patterns of individuals, institutions and rules, considered as, conflict instigator elements from an individual perspective and within the international order.

Also, while elaborating on the role it plays in conducting the elements necessary for the growth and development of conflicts, the document also intricate on the use of the cyberspace for counteracting societal ills (conflicts), which however, are known to have been promoted by the same source from the onset.

In continuum of its organizational peace goals, MAHSRA indicates that it is undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks.
MAHSRA Publishes Eye-Opening Insights on the Role of the Church and State on Corruption

Did you know that corruption is a very high conflict stimulant and is practiced in Churches as well? To eliminate it, there is strategic need to combine the religious efforts of the Church and the circular policies of the State in the legendary anti-corruption battle.

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/14/2014 -- Delimiting its organizational scope within simple conflict management initiatives, the Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA) NGO in Consultative Status with the United Nations' Economic and Social Council – ECOSOC [2013], releases some major outlines of the religious and liberal impacts of corruption against conflict free or packed societies.

Within the working document titled, THE CHURCH AND STATE ON CORRUPTION, the CEO, Dr. Kelly NGYAH previews some direct and objective briefs about the religious (Church) and Circular (Polis) discuss on corruption and how both conceptual frameworks are achieved within both approaches.

In Abstract, the document establishes the historical conception of the Church and the State together in a relationship in combating the most evil/or human degradation phenomenon of corruption within separatist agendas, but, 'how can this be achieved when political philosophies duly deny the Unitarian focus of both institutions while extremist religious theology forbids the missionary similitude between both establishments'? NGYAH puzzled!

In the attempt to illuminate the practical direction of positive change between both establishments, the document brings up the notion of obligatory responsibility bestowed upon the Church and the State as partners to eradicate corruption ills, both from religious and circular perspectives.

It follows that, as a religious body, the notion of corruption is observed as 'sin' from church based views, while as a circular concept; it is viewed as an egoistic and societal degenerative ill. Thus, to distinguish and probably unite the efforts of both establishments against corruption, the literature throws direct light upon the conceptive values that would instigate both liberal and religious citizenships towards a similar goal of eliminating corrupt practices.

Within abstract but practical assessment positions, this unique brief piece of both esteemed academic and professional value, bridges the ordinary dogma on corruption literature and exposes the corruption phenomenon as a senior and pre-existent institution that was born before the church and the State with a mission to destroy every ethically positive value after it. So, as its mission is seemingly greater, to be handled singly by either the religious (Church) or the circular (State) bodies, will be impossible. However, the document struggles to decongest the relationship between the missionary objectives and positions of the Church and State by emphasizing on the ways and need to combine their efforts and fully dedicated wills in the legendary combat against corruption.

With regards to the continuum of its organizational peace goals, MAHSRA indicates that it is undergoing a series of research works on community conflicts' intervention schemes and best ways for integrating pragmatic peace policy development and direct peace activity growth within local, national, intergovernmental, and international frameworks. And thus, is highly soliciting support from the public.

MAHSRA Faces Global Peace and National Solidarity and Publishes a Guide on the Nation's Role over Community Solidarity

MAHSRA further demonstrates its commitment towards national solidarity measures for conflict free intranational communities within the publication: NATION'S AND COMMUNITY SOLIDARITY.

Bamenda, North West Region -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/13/2014 -- Continuing with the empowerment of local and national initiatives for world Peace and Development, Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA), NGO based in Bamenda – Cameroon, and in Consultative Status with the United Nations' Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) [2013], has published a paper on the nation's role over community solidarity.

Within the document, a general appreciation of the notions of community as a medium for discussion postulates on how mutually comprehensive relationships between human groupings can be achieved in a liberalist world, is upheld .

The document previews why liberalist concepts such as the human rights, because of their huge allowances for human freedom and choices over certain community binding rules, could significantly distort the mutuality scope of communitarian goals within a societal framework for community solidarity focuses.

As a major imagined community, Dr. NGYAH presents the nation-State as a mother territorial phenomenon under which the responsibility of peace and solidarity amongst and across countless smaller groupings and communities within its jurisdiction is given.

Further expressing that the nation faces several conflict stimulating risks because, an attempt to appease or unite one or more communities within its territory, may become another major opportunity to disrupt or separate other ones, the document, while previewing the conceptual scope of nationalism, citizenship and other symbolic national elements that foster national solidarity, also proposes adoptive measures for nation-States towards enhancing mutual trust and cooperation amongst its intranational communities.

As a means to increase practical insights on national responsibilities for in-country communities' solidarity, the CEO of MAHSRA, through this write-up, appeals to devoted academicians, professionals and other national peace seeking and conflict resolutions persons to visit, digest, apply and expatiate on the knowledge found therein in order to foster national peace and development goals.

Barely few days gone on the release of this document, several Press analyses and book reviews have already entered the scene.
As a goal, 'Fighting the Barbaric Widowhood Rites within Indigenous Africa' is a strategized grassroots community-based activity schema that sorts to transform the human rights abusive treatments inflicted on women (widows) based on customary obligations (rites), to internationally respected standards of the woman's rights.

This Implies readdressing the customary rites on widows in respect of the widows' rights that is parallel with women's rights.

As outcomes, through intense rights based advocacy, cultural fairs, legal civil mass-marriages, community ombudswomen capacity enhancements, and other victimised widows and their family subsistence support initiatives, bring about the following changes:

- Improved status on the cultural regards standards of women and their children with the traditional societies;
- Improved mentality mind-frames of the traditional men towards their community widows;
- Improved motherhood childcare support prerequisites within local communities;
- Increased awareness on the legal implications for depriving ignorant widows and their children (orphans) of their due development needs;
- Empowered local community women on their independent and personal life-style development

The funding goal of $25,500US, more or less, is expected to be completely used on the activities of the project.

MAHSRA Releases an Analytical Projection on Indigenous Peoples and Politics

A Global Analysis on Indigenous Peoples and Politics

Bamenda, Cameroon -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/08/2014 -- With regards to the upcoming Sessions of the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, the Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA) an International NGO based in Bamenda - Cameroon, and in Consultative Status with the United Nations' Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), introduces an analytical perception of indigenous peoples and politics across the globe.

Recaptured in over 325pages and 95,130words multicoloured research document, the current acting Chief Executive Officer of MAHSRA explained that the goal was unite and analyse the global indigenous peoples' worries and needs in contrast to global governance policy reach within the specific indigenous/ethnic or tribal communities.

In the words of the CEO, Dr. NGYAH highlights that, 'in line to contribute to the UN indigenous peoples' development issues, because of the countless cultural diversification and contradictory textual appreciation of indigenous issues around the globe, I saw the need to make it all accessible within a single document. Within this, everyone across the globe should be able to obtain knowledge on indigenous worries in their communities and those of others, and as well, possibly know what national and global policy positions are in particular regards'.

While the document exhumes the anthropological perspectives of Indigeneity through the human rights based contexts of tribal peoples as given in the ILO Indigenous and Tribal Peoples Convention, 1989 (No. 169), it has calved out the world's indigenous peoples within measurable regional regrouping dimensions, after which, it communicates the indigenous ethical contrasting and synonymy politics within the targeted national and regional zones.

Because of global inconsistencies in regards to indigenous peoples' positions, an exclusive representation or inclusiveness overview has been carried out to ensure that the indigenous and/or ethnic minority peoples' Politico-Legal situations in over 14 zones including: South America, Russia as of whole, Central, East and South Asia, Middle East, North America, the Arctic region, Australia, Eastern, Central, Northern, Southern, and Western Africa, should be able to direct the zonal care politics for indigenous peoples. As generalizations have often failed to address the zonal worries indigenous peoples, MAHSRA has now used an inclusive focus on over 400 indigenous peoples across over 71 countries as a means to provide the needed community focus in redressing indigeneity problems.

Mindful of the global policy laxity to indigenous community specificities, MAHSRA's orientated approach on indigenous worries' and needs' juxtapositions across world regions and countries, develops a cross-regional and national indigenous synonymy socio-political framework based on cultural inconsistencies. As such, it further proposes a self-determinism and politics of identification amendment text for article 33 of the United Nation's Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Rhetorically, MAHSRA's study has been presented via three orientated principal parts which include:

Indigeneity, Anthropology and Political Transnationalism, and the Situational Analysis of Indigenous Peoples Outside Africa; the Situation of Indigenous Peoples within Africa; and a Summarized Cross-Sectional Comparative Study of the formerly Presented Cases. In all, the Organization Concludes that an Ameliorative Position with Regards the Indigenous Self-Determinism and Politics of Identification within the United Nation's Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples be taken.

Some have analysts have been very critical about this work, but in conclusion, it is accepted that, it was time for both academicians and professionals to follow this exemplary dimension and further facilitate the works of the UN in policy development and the well-being of all peoples.

Currently, MAHSRA is undergoing a series of remote indigenous community development initiatives including: construction of schools, agricultural entrepreneurship trainings, land and territorial rights based advocacy, widowhood rites to rights etc.
They are requesting the people's support and/or partnership.

The Organization indicates to give out specialize copies of this document to the supporters of their indigenous community development activities via: MAIL

Human Rights Organization Accuses US Consulate of Administrative Bottle-Necks in the Issuance of Visas

Enforcing the Participatory Rights of the Civil Society within National and International Processes

Bamenda, North West Region -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/10/2014 -- The Chief Executive Officer of the Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association-MAHSRA, a Cameroon based International Human Rights Organization in consultative status with the United Nations says that the US consulate has shown much disregard on the decision of the United Nations with regards the participation of designated representatives at UN meetings in New York.

Citing the two exemplary cases of MAHSRA's representatives who were refused visas to go and present a UN confirmed side event for ICT- health and e-governance development prospects in less developing countries at the sixth session open working group for sustainable development (OWG/SDG), he lamented that the participatory rights of his organization have been violated according to paragraphs 41 and 50 of ECOSOC resolution 1996/31.

Furthermore, Kelly NGYAH exclaimed to the pressmen that, even though US foreign policies are supportive of the participatory rights of the civil society, he wondered why the consulate officers would not respect such obligations, even in faced of UN confirmed decisions. He also insinuated that the mail service and most probably some workers of the US embassy in Cameroon have personalised the institution in such a way that they will receive hierarchy letters and refuse to acknowledge it.

In addition, he further blamed some egoistic State administrators in Cameroon who have been undermining the development participation potentials of the youths and made a stained promise that "in the course to empower the civil society participation in both national and international development processes, MAHSRA will leave no stone unturned and will stand below no unlawful heights towards achieving its purpose".

The CEO of MAHSRA fears that, if measures are not put in place to combat what he now terms 'Modern Marginalization and Discriminatory Attitudes', then the hope of a just and equal world will be tactically annihilated.
