The virtual career training package follows a system of training created by Diane M. Hess, Sr. Executive Officer of Hess Business Professionals & Associates, LLC. The training program is open to individuals interested to improve their skills and become a virtual professional.

Training programs for virtual professionals have grown in the last five years as the market for virtual careers continues to expand.
