Announcing a New Business Model for Hess Business Professionals & Associates LLC

Hess Business Professionals & Associates LLC announces the New 2010 Business Model for their virtual executive firm. It’s designed to provide clientele with multi-level business assistance and management support that is unmatched by competitors.

Sterling Heights, MI -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/03/2010 -- Hess Business Professionals & Associates, LLC, a leading virtual executive firm based in Southeastern Michigan, has adopted a new business model for 2010, according to its Sr. Executive Officer, Diane M. Hess. The new business model will support the expansion of its executive level support services into powerful, comprehensive multi-level management support and multi-level business assistance services.

Hess Business Professionals & Associates, LLC, provides high-end business management services to local and Internet-wide entrepreneurs and small businesses. The new model will enable the virtual executive firm to serve the needs of any U.S. based business. Its multi-level management structure helps ensure the delivery of a broader package of virtual assistance services.

The new 2010 business model provides for four functional groups, each managed by a department head. The department head serves as lead coordinator of several co-associates — each equipped with specific skill-sets. The major functional services are divided into remote bookkeeping, web coordinating, backend ecommerce assistance, and both entry level support and executive level support.

Each co-associate is a certified Virtual Business Associate. This means they have successfully completed a professional certification program sponsored by Hess Business Professionals & Associates, LLC. They also receive continuing education in the latest technical business solutions to ensure they can deliver efficient results to their clients.

Diane M Hess, the Sr. Executive Officer, will continue to work one-on-one with each new client, tending to the needs of the business relationship and continually seeking to improve the services.

"I believe every business relationship requires a level of trust before it can truly grow," says Diane M Hess. "By taking the time to become passionate about your business and building a personable relationship, I am illustrating my core beliefs, which results in you giving me your confidence to get the job done right."

The project manager will extend client workloads to Virtual Business Associates™ only if the client agrees. If acceptable, the department head determines the particular needs of the client and assigns the co-associate with the skill-set that best fits the requirements.

In the coming months of 2010, Hess Business Professionals & Associates, LLC, expects corporations and business owners to be dealing more with U.S. based business subcontractors. Government has changed its rewards policy on outsourcing jobs.

"The U.S. based business owner should now realize that there are options to cutting employee costs," says Diane M Hess. "And, it all starts here. Government is now giving generous tax credits to the U.S. based business that helps to keep jobs in the country."

As the economy is poised to turn around, the new 2010 business model launched by Hess Business Professionals & Associates, LLC., will position the organization to take advantage of outsourcing opportunities. It will also enable more people to be professionally trained in new careers as Virtual Business Associates™.
