Dania Beach, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/26/2014 -- As part of their on-going strategy for growth in the South Florida recreational marine market, Nautical Ventures Group has purchased two land parcels adjacent to its Nautical Ventures Marine Superstore (NVMS) location. The two parcels, known as 70 / 90 South Bryan Road respectively, comprise 1.6 acres of waterfront property and carried a sales price of $1,325,000.

Additionally, $250,000 is being spent to renovate an existing 16.000 sq. ft. building for use as the NVMS service center and storage facility. The remaining property will be resurfaced with eco-friendly, permeable paving in order to accommodate new & used boat inventory and storage racks. Plans also call for a 300 foot expansion of additional in-water dockage and will include a dedicated training site designed to provide captains and crews with lifeboat and evacuation certifications.
