The award was presented to two companies, MetraTech and Oracle Corporation at a ceremony during IIR&apos;s BSS Summit 2009 in Amsterdam.<br />

The World BSS awards are widely regarded as the highest industry recognition of BSS excellence and are now in their 13th year.  MetraTech was nominated as a finalist in three categories.
