And no matter how many studies, articles and commentaries have been published, e-cigarettes and other smoking devices will always be described either as an effective method to end smoke addiction or another public health hazard. Thus, an independent research will be needed to be able to form a strong perception about the use of e-cigarette, bongs and water pipes as a much healthier way of smoking than standard cigarettes and tobaccos.
