Durham, NC -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/26/2015 -- Children's Campus at Southpoint is proud to announce their participation in the Stuffed Animals for Emergencies (S.A.F.E.) stuffed animal drive from March 23rd to April 17th, 2015.

Children's Campus is a 5-Star rated preschool and child care center. Their program provides a well-balanced approach for social, emotional and cognitive growth. Children's Campus is locally owned, with 3 locations in Durham, Chapel Hill and Greenville.

Stuffed Animals for Emergencies (S.A.F.E) is a nonprofit organization that collects new and gently used stuffed animals, clothing, blankets, and other items, and distributes them to hospitals, police stations, fire stations, and children's organizations. The items are then given to kids who are going through traumatic or emotional situations and are in need of comfort.

Children's Campus at Southpoint will be holding a S.A.F.E. Drive at their Durham preschool from March 23, 2015 to April 17, 2015. They will deliver the items to the Durham Crisis Center, local fire stations, police stations and 3 area hospitals with the help of Scoggins & Co, a local Durham HVAC company.
