Offers Rides to and from Downtown San Francisco

San Francisco, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/01/2015 -- Local South San Francisco hotel, CitiGarden, has entered into a partnership with Lyft to provide discounted rides for hotel guests. The hotel will provide a $20 credit toward Lyft rides to downtown San Francisco.

The partnership is part of a complete transformation by CitiGarden that has included room and property renovations, renewed focus on guest experiences, and will culminate in a new name and brand.

"We wanted to take our guest experience to the next step and so we looked at the habits and needs of our guests. We have a lot of business travelers that like our convenience to the airport and also a lot of tourists that want to take advantage of all San Francisco offers," said Andre Kim, CitiGarden Hotel General Manager. "The Lyft partnership gives all guests a better experience by making it easy to get downtown either to sightsee or for business meetings."

With the Lyft agreement, CitiGarden guests will get a code when checking in that they can use for the $20 Lyft discount. The discount will cover $10 of the trip into downtown and $10 back to the CitiGarden.

"We think this will be especially convenient for holiday travelers – what better way to come visit, see the sights, do some shopping and not have to worry about parking," said Kim.

Guests will schedule the ride using Lyft's website or app and will enter the code when asked. The partnership with Lyft will continue through December 30th.
