The products will be prominently displayed on endcaps, hitting the stores in late February.

The C-Lite wireless motion sensor light automatically turns on when movement is detected. The C-Lite highlights special features such as the eye-shaped lighthead placed in a bracket that rotates 360 degrees horizontally as well as the 12 LEDs, hosted by the "eye," that never need to be replaced. Another remarkable benefit of the C-Lite is that the user is able to choose how long the motion sensor light stays on after movement is detected. It can be set for 60 seconds, 90 seconds or as long as 120 seconds. Besides the motion sensor mode, the function switch gives the option of having it also in the Light position, which means the light remains on continuously. Over the past quarter Capstone Industries, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CHDT Corp, has received millions of dollars in retail customer purchase orders many of which are from new retailers ordering for the first time. From the time purchase orders are placed with the company's factory partners, until the finished product is shipped to retail customers, there is a period of 90-120 days. These orders cannot be financed from the company's asset based line of credit until the order is produced, received in the US, shipped to the customer, and then invoiced. The company has been extremely successful in negotiating open payment terms with their factories but at times of excessive volumes, the company relies on bridge funding from insiders for additional financial support to cover P.O. financing for this period.

Company reports record $3,000,000 order backlog

Deerfield Beach, Fl -- (SBWIRE) -- 11/18/2009 -- APPROACHES 2010 WITH OVER $3,000,000 ORDER BACKLOG

CHDT Corp. (OTCBB:CHDO)(Company), a Florida corporation with operating subsidiaries focused on designing and manufacturing consumer products for the North American retail market, reported 3rd Quarter FY 2009 (unaudited) gross revenue of $2,424,686 Year-to-date (YTD) revenues were $4,968,061, an increase of 16% over the $4,290,702 reported for the same period in FY 2008.

Capstone Industries, a Company subsidiary, generated all YTD gross revenues for the quarter. The gross revenue increase resulted from the placement of Eco-i-Lite™ products (the Company's multi-functional power failure light program), the launch of the Company's new Pathway Lights™ Booklight and Tasklight program and sales of its new secure portable memory products through its BBI division of Capstone Industries.

The Company has a current product order backlog in excess of $3,000,000 (as of November 16, 2009) scheduled for delivery in the 4th Quarter FY 2009 and FY2010, which backlog may not reflect actual sales in said quarter or any subsequent quarter and is subject to adjustment for order returns or cancellations. Howard Ullman, Chairman of the Company Board of Directors, said: "The order backlog reflects the ongoing effort of our sales department to place product. While current economic conditions create uncertainty as to actual sales results for any fiscal quarter, we are encouraged by this current order backlog."
